I took my Nissan Sentra 2014 for a ac recharge in June 2024 and my car did not blow any cold air. So I took my car to the place I usually go and dinostics showed 1.6lb and it supposed to have 1.1lb max according to specs. So L&C Auto charge me $110 for the bad service And today I had to pay $120 to fix the L&C Automotive which was extract 1/2 lb and my car is blowing cold air with in seconds. Do not take your car to L&C I got the impression of that they wanted to make the car to fail so they can do repairs not needed.

I took my car in for oil leak cost $1500 2days later car started making knocking noise towed car back to them suddenly I had a loose engine bolt that got into engine and my whole engines shot and they are taking on response ability! Do not take your car there!

I rarely write reviews but this place I had to leave a review for because of the great pricing they gave me for a transmission fluid change and figure out my electrical problem all for a great price and were very friendly! Also very knowledgeable and explained the problem I had with my blinkers not working. Come to this place for any automotive issue you got going on and they will take good care of you! Even had one of the gentleman offer to buy me McDonald's which really did it for me! 😂 but very nice people give them business!

I brought my car to L&C Auto for A/C inspection and refrigerant recharging. The front desk staff was friendly, focused my concern and keyed the problem into it's computer system. After the service, I saw all concerned points were shown in the service statement and replied by auto mechanic accordingly. It helped me to understand what has been inspected and solved. Moreover, the charge is reasonable. I also like its waiting room which is spacious, having nice A/C cooling and ventilation and, above all, many chairs sets and a big table for working. It would be even better if the store can provide customers free water in Summer time while waiting for service.

It was the best price and service on Franklin or 47th. After driving around for the service i needed all morning, was recommended by Golden one Automotive care, Fred R, I went to L&C Automotive service. I was welcomed and helped quickly where I was told honest prices that are fair. While I waited, I got to relax in there lounge and watched First Take. Over all amazing experience.

Very thorough and good value... Would recommend them to anyone!! *** 10/17 Needed an oil pan replacement to stop oil leak. L&C quoted $2700 (several hundreds less then other locations) then determined that the leak was due to crank shaft seal issue. The new cost $500! So that is why I will keep running with L&C for my car issues... Thanks guys!!

I always have a great experience with the team from L&C when it comes to getting the job completed and the cost is a fraction of what I would pay at the dealership. However the communication could be improved upon. Not getting calls when stated or if the job will have to wait for any reason and not being told right away about it. I know that they have a lot of business coming in and out but I think it’s important for the customer to get any information as soon as possible. Thank you for always doing impeccable work L&C team.

Great environment and staff. Eger and the rest of the staff were great at communication. Individual staff would ask to what had happened to the car to deduct where the real issue may lies. Thanks to L&C Automotive for their service and expertise, I was able to get my car fixed the next day that I had issue with for months. I would definitely return if I have another car issue, and in fact they may see me soon with another car to fix. Thanks!

Thank you! What a wonderful experience! They got me in quickly and the team was great to deal with. It was a pleasure feeling heard and respected as a woman who knows nothing about cars. Goodness knows that is not the case everywhere you go! I was quoted a price and it ended up being almost $400 less due to it taking them less time to install. Had them do a second repair for $1300 that I had been told would cost $2500-3000 at a different place. I will be coming back to L&C for all our auto repairs going forward!
