Brought my tire in for a patch and when they jacked it up, they didn’t put the jack on the frame and THE TRUCK FELL off the jack on the axle onto the ground. It bent it in and we had to use a screwdriver to straighten it out. I seriously hope nothing else is damaged. I don’t recommend going somewhere for tires when they don’t know how to properly jack up a car

Went to go pick up tires from here, they said they charge $45 if we paid with card so of course, we opt the cash route. We go to get cash from an ATM and come back 5 minutes later to them selling the tires to someone else. We drove an hour away to get these tires. Customer service is horrible.

Trust worthy and amazing service! Came for a tire patch for one nail ended up having two nails once the tire was removed. Paid for both and while waiting the gentleman here comes back and returns my money for one of the tire patches saying it was not necessary it did not penetrate. Went here after talking with Fredi on Facebook about a set of 37" tires they had for my Jeep Gladiator. When I arrived we confirmed the tires and price that we had discussed via Facebook. The team immediately got to work and had my tires balanced and installed in under an hour. I cannot say enough positive things about the experience. The tires I were getting were replacing ones from a major tire chain that sold me bad tires and poorly balanced them. Driving way from the shop it felt like I was floating away compared to the previous set of tires.

I called and was told they had the tire I needed , 2 minutes later I pull into the shop and was told they didn’t have it, called the same number back and spoke to the guy and confirmed they didn’t have it, 3 guys at the shop all on their phones when we arrived, no customer service skills at all, the one guy that replaced our tire didn’t get off his phone til he was literally lifting the car on the jack, no communication whatsoever. They were fast and tire was $45 as told on the phone, card or cash.
