Took a full wheel bearing kit to this recommended Auto repair shop on a Saturday about 9:30am in July. The son told me that it would take about 3 to 4 hours to replace the wheel bearing kit. I left the car and part at the shop. He was nice to drive me home. He said that he would have the wheel bearing kit replaced at around 4. I could pick my car up then. He called me at 3:30 and said that a part was damage when he took of the wheel bearing and need to get another part but he couldn't get it until the following Monday. I had to take off work Monday because I didn't have a car. I followed up with the son on Monday but he told me that he had to get a new part that broke when removing the wheel bearing. I had to keep calling to see if my car was fixed. I went to the shop and it turns out that they were trying to keep my new part and give me a old part. It didn't work when I drove off but I came back the next day Tuesday as soon as they opened up. I asked about my new wheel bearing kit that I gave them, they said that they have it. I asked why the old wheel bearing kit is not replaced by the new part. I didn't get an answer. I told the son that he was trying to take my parts. I told him that he has to do right by his customers. I also told the son that his father was putting my new part on. I had to take another four hours from work because they tried to shaft me. They were trying to take from the customer instead of helping and providing good customer service. My advice pay attention to the service on your car because they are crooks.

I’ve had shady experiences with mechanics many times with driving my 2011 car but the mechanics who work here are genuinely amazing at what they do and have integrity and honesty. I needed to replace my valve cover and many other places were charging $500-700 and yet MACE completed it for way less. If I ever need another fix on my car it’ll be with them.

What a blessing MACE Auto Repair truly is! I can honestly say this is one of the finest auto mechanic shops in all of Georgia. I came in needing an air intake replacement along with coils and spark plugs, and even with a full parking lot, they spoke life and confidence into the situation. They told me it would be ready by Friday, asked me to check in Wednesday, and sure enough, my car was running like new ahead of schedule. But what really touched my heart was the kindness. The hospitality went beyond expectations, the mechanic personally offered me a ride home and even took me back to the shop later. You just don’t see that kind of service anymore. They were transparent, knowledgeable, and treated me with genuine care and respect.
