I tried purchasing a 2009 Audi R8 from Makes and Models here and after dealing with Adrian Rowe for numerous days and coming to an agreement on both the price R8 and my trade in, they sent over a sales invoice and the deal was sealed. The following day I asked for pictures of the suspension as its a known failure point in this car, and are very expensive to replace, arounf $3,000 per shock! Their online ad it states: "This R8 has been well maintained, with a recent oil change performed at approximately 67,000 miles. It has been upgraded with KW coilovers, replacing the factory magnetic ride suspension known for potential long term reliability concerns while improving handling and ride consistency." The problem is, the shocks were NEVER replaced and were completely blown out. I requested that the suspension be replaced before taking delivery and was even willing to accept a quality aftermarket solution that was significantly cheaper than OEM. I was told if I wanted that done they would begrudgingly split the cost of the parts, and that I would be responsible for 50% plus installation, totaling thousands of dollars on a car I hadn't even taken delivery of yet! This is all after an agreement was made IN WRITING! There were a number of other red flags a long the way, but this one was the worst. I fully believe at this point that they would have sold me this car as is and needing thousands of dollars in repairs if I hadn't asked for those pictures. I can't imagine how horrible of a situation this would have turned into had I taken delivery and found this after the fact. I wouldn't buy a zip tie from these guys, you've been warned!

This review is for James and the team at M | M. This was easily the best experience with a dealer I’ve had to date. Communication from James was fast and clear from the start, and they went the extra mile on virtually every step. I’m a little OCD and was making an out of state purchase so I naturally had lots of questions about the car, service records, etc. James sent one of the most thorough walk around videos I’ve ever seen (almost 20min) in high quality so it was like you were there in the showroom. Any snag that came up they were on top of and provided a great buying experience end to end. Transacting was fully digital and easy. During a hiccup with shipping, which can happen, the car had to go back to the dealer and be transported with a different carrier. The GM personally retrieved my car on Christmas Eve, safely brought it back to their showroom, and had the team take care of dispatching another carrier shortly after the holiday. Don’t want to generalize but my read was that all their inventory is well sourced, clean, and cared for. The real difference though was the highly responsive and clear communication - James in particular helped give confidence as a buyer. Huge shoutout to these guys and hope to do business with them again!

Okay I'm not one to leave reviews at many places but this one was worth it. This past weekend I bought a 2025 BMW M2 through makes and models. Adrian was exceptional and overall I was very impressed. Adrian was fantastic in helping me find a BMW 1M. Which, if you know cars, it’s not an easy car to find. Had to get it shipped in from North Carolina. He was super easy to work with, made the whole process of trading in my AMG GTS super smooth. Adrian even argued on my behalf to the transport company when my delivery date was delayed by a week to get me $500 back on transport costs. I didn’t even ask him to do it, Adrian just took it on himself. Really stoked to have found a car dealer I can trust and will definitely be going back to Adrian and Makes & Models in the future for future car needs.

They were extremely helpful through every step of the process, and were very attentive and responsive after a minor issue came up with the car during a test drive. It was addressed promptly, and I took delivery very soon thereafter. Very streamlined process. Adrian was the main sales person that assisted me throughout the process, and he was probably the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with. Marcus and his service team took our car in on appointment. During drop off, Marcus was very attentive, listening to what services I wanted, and explained the actions that he and his team could and would perform. During my car’s time in their hands, Marcus was very communicative, and at no time did I ever feel out of the loop. Additionally, I had some issues arise, and the team again was adaptable in making the course corrections needed. Upon picking up my car, I found it in a perfect state, even having been detailed. Spencer welcomed us inside and was very kind, one of the first things Spencer allowed us to do was look inside the gt3 Huracan and the AMG gt3,he showed us all the vehicles on the show floor and allowed us to look at the rest of the vehicles they had on the property, over all spencer was very kind, friendly and informative about the vehicles, they have some beautiful cars from gt3 tracks cars to luxury cars like Bentley. The experience was amazing and definitely something we won't forget, and we are very thankfully for the experience we were given. The team was also very nice and friendly not just Spencer, I think if your in the salt lake city area and are car person this is must stop.
