The team at Master Auto tech was awesome. My car is old and I needed a full inspection so I could identify any problems and potential problems. The inspection took about an hour, after which the manager reviewed all the parts with me. They took clear photos and videos of all the problem areas and sent them to me in a link. They also wrote up an estimated price breakdown for the repairs that needed attention. They were friendly, fair and honest. My boyfriend has been to their shop before and recommended them to me and they did not disappoint! I highly recommend Master Autotech!

After being coldly rejected by the service department at the Nissan dealership in Orem, because I didn’t have an appointment for an oil change and fluids check at 7:30 am, I drove down State street, hoping to find some help. I then saw the sign of Master Auto-Tech. They welcomed me and gave my car great service at a reasonable price, and the added more service for free. They gave me a detailed report on my car’s condition, with educational videos that helped me make a better decision about what I wanted done. They didn’t try to upsell in anyway. Their service was very quick, so I left and brought another car for their inspection and service. Outstanding! From now on, this is the place I will use for all the maintenance in my cars.

Ian was awesome. My wife’s Tesla model Y was making a screeching noise from the back right tire area. We thought there was a E brake shoe loose. They quickly found that there was a rock lodged in the breaking mechanism. They took the Roc out, took it for a spin and got it back to us in 20 minutes and they did it all for free. Incredible service. Highly recommended.

There is so much unknown and you have to rely that you are being treated fairly based on you little knowledge and your gut read of the person helping you. I had an amazing experience with Master. Want to talk to someone that really knows tires? Ean at the Orem location is a tire Expert! So grateful we stopped by and talked with him prior to ordering another set of Heavy Duty tires for our Dump Trailer. Ean showed us all the options and suggested a much better tire than we typically buy, for about the same price. NOTE: Ean could have gotten us the standard trailer tires for $15 less (each) than we typically pay. He showed us all the options and suggested a VERY heavy Duty tire (we're in construction and we really beat this trailer up) for about $30 more than the cheap tires we usually buy. These are such a better tire! So grateful we had his expertise and received all the options. He really took the time and went through pro's and con's of each brand to help us settle on which ones would be best for our use... Their prices were better than the competitors (on every option we looked at). THANKS EAN!
