★☆☆☆☆ Where do I go from here? I brought my mothers Kona in for repair via tow. I was told it was out of warranty , its a 2019 with under 40 thousand miles. A timing pin had come out and messed up the engine. I was told she had bought a rental with a terrible warranty. They also didnt have the right dealership in her file. Now I have bought 5 new Hyundais from this dealership over the last 20+ years. My mom bought 2. I know that we have the full warranty at least that is what I was told. So far I've sent all over to plead my case. This is ridiculous. They said they couldn't produce the original paperwork wich should have been purchased when they switched hands. Buyer beware this company would rather screw over an old lady on a fixed income then honor their own warranty.
