They do there Best to fit your vehicle with good affordable used tires and can refer you to a local mechanic if you need additional work done!

I'm sorry to say this because I have came here for years back when Mr Lee owned this tire shop the new management is horrible gave me 2 bad front tires then when I came back to have them fixed they was laughing and speaking Spanish and clearly talking about me and blamed my car for the tires being bad that I had just purchased for 60$ on the 23rd smh I hope I don't ever have to go back there. Mr Lee is greatly missed

Had my new tires put on, mounted and balanced for 60$- very simple and quick and the waiting area is just a few patio chairs under a tree but it works.

Don't ever go there for tires! I wish I could give them negative stars. They require an appointment, whereas the competitors (Costco / Sam's) are walk-in. This BJ's should just either get out of the tire business or treat customers the way they should be treated, similarly to the competition.

Helped me out when i got a flat tire on my way back to Maryland! Even though it was 15 minutes to close and the Superbowl was that night. Can't understate how much I appreciate them. Cheap, nice used tire. Will recommend to everyone I know in Richmond.

I had a flat tire the morning I was leaving from visiting my daughter. The gentlemen at the shop were quick, thorough, and honest. They fixed my tire, put it on my car, and added air to the other tires. I paid a very reasonable price and was on the road within 15 minutes!
