I had made an appointment for my inspection sticker. I was told immediately that my wait will be 90 minutes. I asked even with an appointment? Yes, was the reply. The rep told me there were two cars on the lifts right now and my car will be next. It still has not moved. I am not sure they are aware that this is not a drop off. I am sitting here and 1 hour has passed and my car has not even been looked at. I also heard Travis tell customers that they now only have 1 inspector working. When there was originally two. Checked in with Travis, the tech went to lunch. Why have a 12pm appointment and have the tech go to lunch?. He also shared that they had to cancel serval appointments that were booked for today. Due to only one inspector. Horrible scheduling and customer service. Why have appointments if you can not honor the time given. Due to my lack of planning I am stuck waiting. I will not come here for an inspection sticker. I do not recommend it. I recommend Tune Up plus on Indian River road. They are excellent!

I deeply appreciated the time it took to complete a thorough inspection of my Honda Accord, which saved me thousands of dollars! Providing customers a detail report with pictures of your findings is awesome! Travis your honesty in the projected cost of ABS repair issues mean alot! Most females don't generally know the cost of mechanical repairs which I do because I conducted a thorough research with several mechanics! Thanks again for the excellent service!

From the free tow from my house to the shop (it’s free for a less than five mile tow and Mike the tow truck driver was on time and friendly) to the first call with Darryl who kindly shared all of the amenities to Travis who liaised all of my care need priorities!! Made an appointment to get a quote on a repair. Tried leaving work early, but traffic prevented me from getting there before they closed. Called ahead and informed them, rescheduling it for the following day at the same time. The guy there asked if I wanted to make an appointment, to which I pointed out that I had one. Was then told all the technicians left early. Cool. So glad I left work early two days in a row.

Came in really last minute because I noticed I was missing 3 lug nuts. It turned out to be a bigger problem. They got me in real fast and took care of it, and also let me know other issues going on with my vehicle. Very professional, and explained what was going on well. I reserved an appointment at 830 am for an inspection over a week in advance. I set my whole day around it, put kids on the bus, childcare for the littlest one, work hours, everything was set. I walk in for my appointment and the man tells me it's going to be some time there's a person in front of me. What do you mean I have an appointment at 830 and should be seen immediately. Nope the walk in takes precedent I guess not the person who reserved it ahead of time. So there is no reason to reserve online then if anyone can just walk in in front of your time and cause you to be delayed 3 hours for your car to be done. Not happy at all. Big waste of time and again absolutely no need to reserve unless you pick the very beginning time for the day. EDIT: Still unhappy over the issue this morning HOWEVER, I will say the manager made every effort to make things right with me. He was very informative and made me feel like my concerns were heard. Even when more things turned up wrong on my inspection and parts were needed he made an extra effort to get me done and out of there asap keeping me in the loop the whole time. Im revising this review solely based on the actions of this man and how attentive he was to my concerns. He treated me like a human being something I'm not used to in the service industry. I will be coming back here for future needs because I feel this man did right by me as a customer. Thank you Travis for all your hard work and attentiveness as well as the boys in the back pitching in to get me done today. Upping my review to 4 stars and well deserved thanks again Meineke

I scheduled an appointment with Meineke for an oil change. I showed up on time and was told the appointment was not listed on their schedule and I would have to leave my car for most of the day. i could not do that and rescheduled for the next week. I, again, showed up on time and was told they would get to my car soon. After almost 2 hours, my car was finally pulled into the bay for the oil change. The change and service went well after the long wait for a scheduled time. I had to cancel and miss an appointment because of the 2 hour delay. What good was the appointment if I could have walked in and waited for several hours??? I hope there will be changes made so I can, again, depend on Meineke to take care of my vehicles. I'm 82 years old and I can still change my oil in my driveway in a half hour! Also, adding nearly $10 for shop supplies and oil disposal seems rediculous and becomes just another needless fee. Just include it in the cost of the oil change or eat it as a normal business expense

Wish I could say I had a good experience here. I'm an ASE certified technician and service consultant. Had a car in my rental fleet break down on a guest. He brought it here. Freddy spoke to me and quoted me an absolutely outlandish price on two rear brake hoses. We negotiate back and forth and he is "nice" enough to knock off 350ish dollars. That's 350 dollars he knocked off and they still made money I'm sure. Bill was 378.75 I paid. My guest leaves, car gets towed to a Firestone with no brakes about 2 hours away from this store. The brand new hose they had installed was twisted and rubbing on the tire until it ruptured. This morning talk to Freddy bright and early say I want my money back. He says his manager is in at 9am. He'd call back. Spoke to someone else. Don't worry they'll reopen the ticket and refund you the money. 5ish pm today Freddy calls back. Wants to know what Firestone charged. I said irrelevant. I want my money back for the original job that didn't get done properly. Says he has to write a check and mail it. I tell him the other guy said it would be refunded to my card. He's talking to his boss and will call me back. I said Freddy have your boss call me. Trust me when I say. Run don't walk from this repair shop. They can't fix a car and can't figure out how to refund a customer. Edit: The manager has been out sick and no one else above him could have their contact information given out. I have yet to receive a refund for any of my money and tomorrow makes a week.

The communication is awful in this place, I took my car in for a simple state inspection, they failed it stating the 3rd brake light was out. I ran right down the street to autozone, changed the light myself took all of 15 minutes. Ran right back to the shop and all of a sudden the state inspector had left for the day. They suggested I call the following day to make sure someone would be there in the evening, I called... surprise no one was there in the evening. They then suggested i call the following morning to verify someone would be there after 5 to do my reinspection. I called this morning and they assured me a state inspector would be there until 6pm. I arrived before 5:30... what a surprise the state inspector left at 4. And the employee working the front counter response was he has no idea why i was told to come this evening when no one would be there in the evening after 4 for state inspections. Offered no solutions and just said sorry. So waste my time and continue to keep telling me to call and verify someone would stay late knowing your state inspectors leave at 4pm. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. If 0 stars were an option I'd select it. You guys are terrible! Do better

The following is a documented account: -Operation Oil Change- 2/2/26 [14:06-16:32] Frontline Operations Specialist Lieutenant Travis fortified and defended his company’s outpost against a demonic attack. As the demon entered the perimeter and began its assault against Lt. Travis and other bystanders, Lt. Travis led his operators to a fortified position. After 2 and a half hours of maintaining the threat while witnessing his men and innocent civilians take damage, Lt. Travis was struck with a verbal round himself. The fighting ensued as Lt. Travis hammered to the rally point to make radio contact with Commander Ryan [not pictured]. Lt. Travis was ordered to break contact and limit causalities as his wounds increased. Bleeding out, Lt.
