The staff is very kind and personable but I have brought my car in 2 times now and both times it was for a simple oil change and tire rotation and both times they have not done my tire rotation. Not a huge deal but quite irritating that I have to do it on my own

Carl is amazing! I am so impressed with the speed and customer service! Very affordable will be back!!! Just a little disappointed. I went back to have the other fix on my car completed. I never declined it I just did not know until I was picking my car up. Carl said I could come back and have it fixed another time I figured alright. I needed my car to get to work that week so okay. It would be fine and just to get back when I could. Well that was 1/6/2025 today is 2/1/2025 I’m off so I call to see if they could fix it he’s like yeah if you can drop it off we will get to it. I’m like perfect. Go inside and something is like just ask him how much it will be he says $270…I say never mind why because I still had the paper in my car. Carl is wonderful I know that this is a company policy thing and out of his hands. But I had planned to come to Meineke exclusively and that’s been ruined. I get businesses have to make money. I just thought the price would be the same not 100 dollars more. Because of Carls great customer service I am only taking one star off but if this was anywhere else I’d be down to 2 or 3.

Made an appointment on Saturday received numerous texts confirming my appointment. When I arrived the lights were off so I figured they were just opening up. I went inside the lobby and all the lights were off and nobody was there. Strange that the door was unlocked, so I just assumed maybe someone was in the back doing something. Wasted another 30 minutes until I discovered they were closed on Saturdays.

Fantastic experience with Carl and his team! My 2008 Chevrolet Silverado needed to pass an emission test for registering in NC and they got this all squared away in a by-the-book stepwise fashion until they identified all the problems and new what parts were needed. Carl was transparent about the costs as we worked through the diagnostics, and given how well that work went, I had them also replace all of my spark plugs and wires at a great cost. I am now planning to use this specific location for all of my car maintenance needs (breaks, battery, tires, etc.), as their team is very friendly, professional and know exactly what they are doing! Amazing service, 5+ star rating in my book.

Update: I may have to add a new, much less positive review, based on my current, ongoing experience and the sudden inability to reach them by phone. I’m used to taking my car to my long-time mechanic service and regardless of the simplicity or complexity of the task, I am usually without my car for several days, sometimes without even a courtesy call to keep me updated. The team at Meineke maintained contact. Between noon on a Friday and about 11:00 a.m. the next morning they worked on my AC and replaced the compressor and a leaky line so that I could travel later that morning in comfort. I will likely give them my business going forward.

The new picture is the type of washer they used with my oil drain plug. It was too big and never should have been used, that's what the Manager said when he came into the waiting area. He then showed me the proper washer, and I immediately asked, why didn't he use that washer. Crickets? Well, I fixed one of the problems that Meineke caused this week, I got the oil changed in my truck. After they messed up securing the drain plug properly and a couple quarts of oil dripped out of my truck, I took it back to Meineke to be fixed. They changed my oil again and I was hoping the drama was finally over. The next day, I went out and checked my oil level in my truck(I just had to). And sure enough, I was 2/3 of a quart low. They don't know how to secure the drain plug properly and they don't know how to read a dip stick?????? Next week, I'm hopefully fixing the stripped lug nut. Thanks Meineke. Folks, Meineke does not stand behind their work. You've been warned. It started with my truck. 15 minutes into the service, the mgr tells me they stripped one of my lug nuts and couldn't rotate the tires. He had know idea how to handle the stripped lug nut, huh. Meineke did it, and doesn't know how to fix it. The picture below is the oil slick on my driveway that Meineke caused when they put this big silver washer on the oil drain plug that didn't seat properly. Sent one of their employees that sprayed 2 aerosol cans of something on the oil slick and left. I then spent an hour with a hard brush in 96 degreed heat trying to scrub it off the concrete. The oil slick didn't come off. Meineke did it, and won't fix it. The other problem is all three vehicles had oil all over the interior of the cars/truck. The picture below shows oil droplets on the door of my truck. I kinda chuckled and shook my head in disgust because after cleaning a lot oil off my floor mat and center console, I guess I just missed those tiny oil droplets. There was also oil on the center console and leather seats in both cars. I've probably spent more time cleaning up oil than Meineke spent servicing my 3 vehicles(not done yet). From 2007-2019, I had my vehicle serviced at the NTB shop on Baileywick road between 150-180 times and never had a single issue. Their mgr left and I've been wondering in wilderness of incompetence every since. The search continues!!! I forgot to mention another situation that I've never experienced before, sorry I'm an old geezer. My third appt. was an 8 am appt on Wed. On Tuesday, I hadn't received an email confirmation from Meineke, so, I called the mgr. and asked if I was set for Wed. He said absolutely, 8 am Wed., great. I got there a little before 8, and the mgr. tells me he can't service my car today because he had to fire one of his guys and another didn't show up. I don't know exactly what happened, but I think he forgot to log my appt. that I conveyed to him the week before and was over booked. All the bays were full, who was working on those cars? Managers text August 8th, this all started in the middle of July "I completely understand. I had a nice long talk. These guys get busy and start rushing, than that's when we have issues. We have to slow down and watch what we're doing. Again I apologize, I'm going to speak with my guy and have him get that spot taken care of. No matter what it takes. More so, let me know if you find any other spots. I can have those cleaned off the car's as well. I just want to make sure your taken care of." Managers text Aug. 14th, 2 weeks, haven't heard anything "I have not forgotten about you. I ordered some compound that suppose to break it up and that won't hurt your grass. Bob let me know you have a nice lawn and I want to make sure it is not damaged at all, when we do this. I am still wanting to hear back from some power washers as well. The two I talked to, didn't seem qualified. I'm not wanting to cause more harm than good. We will get that oil stain, one way or another." It's been over a month, and I can assure you folks, Meineke hasn't taken care of anything.

Let me say that myself and my boyfriend had great experiences at this location. As a woman, I have had negative experiences at car care shops where I've been up charged or just treated rudely. The people working here are knowledgeable, approachable, friendly, and quick! The front desk care representative goes above and beyond and any of the technicians who came by were just as wonderful.I hope everyone who visits this location can show their appreciation!!
