DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! This was by far my worst experience with a car repair shop. The two people up front are extremely rude and I have been treated badly by them on two separate occasions. First time was when I came in for my VW trunk lock replacement ( was charged about $200 inspite of me getting the part and the task just being to remove 2 screws and install the new part (literally)) and the second time when I came in for a quote for my Jeep.

Brought my car in not knowing if it was a brake issue or an electrical issue. They sorted thru all of the codes it was sending and figured out it was a computer module that would have cost $2500 to replace. They let me know that it was not needed at this time and everything was fine with the car. They could have not said a word and charged me well over $3000 for a repair that I was able to put off.

I got my alignment done here after getting new tires. The alignment was off slightly only. After the alignment I asked if I am allowed to test it out and if I don’t feel it’s straight, can I bring it back? To which they said “we only do it once and we do it right”. And they did not do it right. That was $125 wasted as the alignment is still off and they did not help me out which is very rare I think; usually whenever you get alignment from anywhere they let you feel it and tweak it again if needed. They were nice and talked well but this is a feedback on the service not the behavior.

First time having my vehicle serviced here. Brought in our 2018 Honda Civic for servicing, and Bobby did a fantastic job, getting parts ready, and I dropped vehicle off next morning and Nijab checked me in, and was done in few hours as promised. Had rear brakes and rotors replaced, brake fluid flush, transmission fluid flush, wipers swapped out, and also engine and cab air filters changed. Will be back. Need honest, reliable mechanics.
