I had to replace a low-beam headlight bulb. While I was aware of the price in advance and had no choice but to get it done that day, the experience was absolutely terrible. The wait time was horrendous—1.5 hours for something so simple (the only one in the lobby for the first hour), and the customer service itself was very disappointing. At the end the mechanic said we did not see your file/order in the beginning. Overall, this was a frustrating and unpleasant experience. If I could rate it lower than 1 out of 100, I would. AVOID THIS PLACE! Time Management 101: always finish the work that takes 5 min then you can go back to the repair that takes hours and days…

I came in because my heater didn’t work. Bobby explained in detail that the heater core was clogged and I could do a radiator flush. And to come back to replace the heater core for almost $1500 if the flush didn’t work. And of course I paid the $75 diagnostic fee. I had to go somewhere else to flush my coolant because of location, and they explained that my heater core isn’t clogged at all, but the reason my heater isn’t working is actually just the blend door. A blend door actuator is a $20 part, and much easier and cheaper to replace than a heater core. So you might want to get a second opinion, or just go somewhere else. $75 for a wrong diagnosis is not worth it.
