I called this mechanic over three weeks ago and told him my jeep overheating and believe it’s my water pump but come to find out it was my radiator. A day after that my car was still was overheating and his receipt says 45 day warranty on it. I ask him to come back to see was causing my car to overheating. He has been dodging my calls and text. He just don’t follow up with his calls or see what the problem is. He just want the money and just don’t want abide by his contract. I’m glad I ask for a receipt to show proof of his work I paid for. Plus I paid for the part out of my own pocket too.

2 words. Professional and knowledgeable. Drove to my residence and immediately got to work. Working on replacing a starter on a 2020 nissan and it required a ton of work and labor but he got it done. He has the know how to fix anything under the hood of a car. I will reccomend him to everyone who needs a fixing because if there is a will then he has a way. Excellent Job.

I called MidSouth mobile services and within minutes he was there to diagnose the problem and got the part and had me driving again. I am very appreciative of his work and professionalism. If you are in search for a SOLID, honest, and reliable mechanic, look no further. Carlos exceeded my needs and expectations providing me with AWESOME mobile mechanic services. I live a few hours outside of the Memphis area and was in need of a mechanic to provide a pre-purchase inspection for a car I was looking at in the area. I found Carlos on Google and when I called, he listened to my needs, and took time to thoroughly explain his services. We agreed to move forward, and boy am I glad I found him!!!! He showed up on time (he was actually early), was detailed, and gave me great information and insight about the car I was looking at, and car purchasing in general. I decided not to get that particular car, but Carlos was so professional, prompt, honest, and knowledgeable, I felt comfortable calling him to do a pre-purchase inspection on TWO more cars!!!
