I didn't get an actual service. But Caleb was kind enough to take off my old plate and replace it with my new one! I was having difficulty getting it off, and came to Midas to see if that is something they could do for me. He did it free of charge! And was very kind! I sincerely appreciate it!!

Set an online appointment and Caleb responded and set me up to drop my vehicle off promplty. Had to get an alternator replaced that I just could not reach to repair myself and they got it done extremely fast, plus way cheaper than the dealer quote I had gotten.

Caleb took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my car, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and professionally. It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust with your vehicle, but Caleb showed that he genuinely cares about doing quality work and making sure customers feel confident when they leave. Wonderful store! I highly recommend them. Exceptional customer service!!! I was having an extremely stressful few weeks and the last thing I needed was a flat tire. I barely managed to get to the Midas store on Alpine in Grand Rapids. It was late in their work day and they were super busy. Although they don't carry the tire brand like mine and I couldn't buy a replacement tire there, their Store Leader, Caleb Shores, removed the damaged tire and installed the spare for me. I think that Caleb could probably tell how upset I was and he was very kind to me, which I really appreciate. If you have any car needs that Midas can help you with, you definitely should go to their store on Alpine. Thank you, Caleb!!! Your kindness meant a lot to me.

I had set up an appointment in advance for a day, time & price; at This, Alpine location. Received email & call back. Next morning I was Right on time. However, could NOT find me, my appointment at all..?!? & yes, I picked this location & did my part correctly hence email & call back. But, although privately owned, they were KIND enough to Get me going right away, no “come back at…”, or “wrong Midas, go to another…”, NOPE, I’m not sure if he was the owner or Manager, but got me going, at price Advertised, answered all additional questions too. GREAT Customer Service, & I’m ALL ABOUT Customer Service wherever I go! 5 Stars, & until proven otherwise, they earned my business & recommendation! Godbless

Got stranded with a flat tire and a shredded donut, and stopped in since it was the only place around — and I’m so glad I did! The tech, Calab, was incredibly patient and helpful with my limited car knowledge, even taking the time to teach me a few things about my tires. He mentioned they were a bit short-staffed, but you’d never know it from how efficiently and professionally everything was handled. Hands down, this was the best experience I’ve ever had at any automotive shop! I will most definitely be using this shop from here on out !

First time using Midas and will definitely be a returning customer! I went for an oil change and tire rotation. Long story short: I have some aftermarket tires on my car, and when rotating the tires for the first time since purchasing the vehicle, the guys discovered i had several different size lug nuts and not even a lug nut key. Caleb went above and beyond to ensure that everything was put back correctly and safely, some with new lug nuts, and that I now have a lug nut key in case I ever need it. Things the guys didnt do at the dealership, where I bought the car. And they stayed open late to get it done so i wouldn't be stranded without my vehicle all weekend! So really appreciate it thank you!

Caleb called me with timely updates, and was very well at explaining repairs to one who does not know car details. He also suggested other repairs and where to go for them. Been going here for years with three different vehicles. Always very transparent about upcoming repairs and whether something is a safety issue or can be ignored. The prices tends to be a little higher than other shops, but its worth it for the communication and service. Last time I went my battery died while at the shop. They were very helpful in getting me back on the road.

My first time using Midas and it was a good experience. I always love when you can make an appointment online but don't make the mistake I did you'll schedule it for a range and then they'll confirm for a specific time. Luckily this is common so they did call and we're still able to see me even though I was quite late. The process did take longer than I'm used to. For an oil change, I normally drive in and 15-30 minutes later I drive out. No need to even leave the car. Here it took about an hour and you wait in waiting room. Maybe that means they did more thorough work. They offer coffee, if waiting, which is nice. I wish they had water as well. I did especially love Caleb who's the manager/receptionist , I found him very nice and he explained everything great detail. He has great customer service skills. Finally I really appreciated that they text you like the link to everything that they looked at along with images, see photo for a small portion of full PDF. I've never had such detailed breakdown of the work they did. So I think it taking longer is worth it. The price was good to but of course there was a deal going on. P. S. I guess bring cash, otherwise there's a 3% charge which isnt much on an oil change but good to know if you're doing more.
