I found the management and staff at the Naperville Midas so to be incredibly professional and courteous. When I had a flat tire, I called to see if they could get me in - expecting of have to book an appointment. Steve's response was that I could just stop on in! I was met with a friendly greeting when I arrived at the shop. My car was taken for service almost immediately. The repair was complete within 30 minutes and the mechanic took a few moments to discuss his work. I strongly recommend this shop.

Last Friday, I had to Uber to work because my car battery died and my driver's side window regulator broke. I was able to call first thing Saturday morning and Ken and Steve along with their crew were able to get all that stuff fixed and more in one day, no longer having to drive my car with the window down in -4° weather! So I will start with listing all the things that are completely wrong with this place I had brought my car in cause I just bought it in CT after totaling my last car they first took my car for brake inspection I had paid for 2 front rotors brakes 4 wheel alginment wheel balancing tire rotation and a brake inspection so let start with they didn't do a good job with a brake inspection cause I ended up finding out my issues was my rear passenger caliper that had pin that was freezing and seizing up on me that need to be replaced that caued uneven wear and tare on my brakes they also didn't have my appointment in the system somehow they also made my rear alignment even worse on my right rear side and didn't even do the job right tried telling me I don't have rear camber on vehicle which I do and they also said they would call me before they did the computer for alginment to let me know which service I was gonna need before doing it and they just did the job very terrible experience from the start I dont recommend I have know idea how they almost have a 5 star reviews this is also edit but the weights they had also put on to my tires for balancing the weight had completely fallen off

Went to get my oil changed last week on Friday and I had a great experience. They honored my coupon for a synthetic oil change and even signed me up to receive an extra $10 off. They answered all my questions and I appreciated the comprehensive report they texted me while I was waiting. One thing I really liked about Midas was that they are not salesy or pushy, very straightforward and clear. It was easy to get and book an appointment. On January 11, my 2010 Volvo XC 60 got its most extensive oil change ever! When the people at this business, take your car for service, they certainly mean service and with a smile. Even though I only had an oil change, I spoke to several customers that have been long-standing customers and would trust their cars with this store and have for a long long time I would feel very comfortable coming back to have Any work that needed to be done on my car in the future at this store. Everyone or diligently and seemed very knowledgeable about what they were doing on the individual cars that were in the shop. And everyone was very, very pleasant and helpful with any questions I had. This was an extremely pleasant encounter. Kudos to everyone who works there They deserve it
