Update: The store manager contacted me to apologize and offered to remedy the situation. He arranged to have my car towed to the shop and made all the necessary repairs along with warranty protection. I was notified when repairs were done but wasn’t able to pick up my car the same day, due to my husband’s work schedule. Thank you for taking care of the situation. For unmatched customer service, I would recommend towing the customers vehicle back to their home when repairs are done to avoid transportation / scheduling issues. For this reason I’ve rated 4 VS 5 stars. Original Review: Took my Z4 in for an oil change, these guys left my radiator cap loose. Less than 5 minutes after leaving, my radiator light came on and coolant was spraying all over my engine. In addition to that, the employee stopped me on my way out of the parking lot to check if he left his phone under my hood. Won’t go there again, except to get a reimbursement for this coolant I had to buy and a refund for my oil change and my waste of time

I previously enjoyed my services at Midas, but as of today. They've proven to be liars and incompetent. I called in to schedule a diagnostic and referenced a service message that was displaying on my dashboard. I even went as far as to describe what google advised the potential causes could be. After discussing momentarily, ANDREW made my appointment for the following morning! I then proceeded to drop my car off this morning and expected a call a few hours after, only to call in at 3PM and learn that my car hadn't even been touched.. for a simple diagnostic! Chad advised he was going into the shop to find out what they discovered and would give me a call right back. That call didn't come until 5:22P, advising of an issue unrelated to what I scheduled the appointment for. Outside of wasting my time, Andrew proceeds to tell my husband that their calls are recorded and that I never advised of an issue, despite that being completely false. Sadly, I will no longer visit or recommend this location for service. I will be escalating the lack of integrity to corporate.

Brandon was spectacular! I took my car to Midas for a second opinion and Brandon saved me $2500 by explaining what work was necessary to fix my car and what work wasn’t really needed. He provided care and communication that I felt was above and beyond from beginning to end. I will be returning to this location from now on! Edit: Months later Brandon and Richard had my back again! My car wouldn’t start at the Walgreens next to Midas. I was alone and afraid it wasn’t a safe enough area/time for me to stand outside under the hood so I walked to Midas to see if someone would be able to help me. Richard personally walked to my car with a jumper kit while I was able to wait at the shop. He quickly fixed a loose battery connection and drove it to the shop. Brandon tested my alternator and explained it’s not reading as it should and went over repair costs with me. I could only afford to pay for the diagnostics at the time and will need to save up, but I am so grateful for these gentlemen’s above-and-beyond care and service. They gave me cold water, prioritized my safety, and helped me out when they could’ve simply turned me down and moved on. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Brandon and Richard!

The Service people working at this location or super nice knowledgeable and helpful. My family and I were on our way out of town on Saturday morning. Had a flat tire I made it to their location and waited for the store to open, and they greeted me with open arms and a smile. This location has consistently provided good service. The staff is great. No pressure to get a service done (e.g., transmission flush, radiator fluid drain & crush). I drive 20 miles to this location because it's the closest one to me. There are other similar maintenance shops in my town but none are MIDAS. Brandon & Chad are great to work with!

Earlier in the year went to a well renowned auto repair shop for a Cam Shaft Sensor, ended up paying around $600 dollar to fix. It gave out a few weeks later. Tried some where new and went to MIDAS on lem turner. I only paid 260 bucks for diagnostic and replacement of Cam Shaft at Midas. I should’ve just came to midas and first and paid way less. They were super quick and professional. I was in and out within an hour and a half.

Came in for an oil change the day before Thanksgiving. I’ve came here before with no issues. I noticed the shield on the bottom of my car was hanging off & called them immediately because the only time it was removed was to do the oil change. Came in, they “fixed” it. Not even 24 hours later I hear a noise coming from under my car and it’s off again. I called. He stated it could be from wear and tear which I said the technician should be able to tell if it’s in bad condition and should’ve said something then versus just doing whatever to get me out of there. I was told a manager would call me back. It’s been 2 days and no call back. Wouldn’t recommend coming here

I had been to every other shop in this area and had nothing but bad luck. I have really grown to hate having to trust someone to work on my vehicle. I avoided Midas because I assumed their pricing would be inflated but, I am so glad I finally gave them a shot. Pricing was very reasonable & there was even a coupon that made my oil change much less than I expected. Their closer look inspection is free as well. The staff was friendly & personable. Brandon & Bennie were on the job. Super nice guys that made a stressful task so much easier. The service was quick & the thorough information they provided set my mind at ease. My only regret is not having gone here sooner. I will be back here for sure. You are officially my shop!
