Took our 2005 Dodge GC in for front suspension work. They diagnosed it to be the front swaybar links and replaced them, $289. Ouch!! Next, the service advisor (Chris I think it was) described what sounds like a potential serious brake rotor issue on the front needing new rotors. The vehicle is braking normally and does very little highway miles so I decided against further action at present. I did ask for that to be written up on my paperwork at the time of invoice. But when I went to pay and retrieve my vehicle, the brake info was missing and Chris was nowhere to be found. The next day I noticed that one of the lug nuts on driver's rear wheel is different. Looks like they lost an original lug nut when they took off the front wheels, and covered it up by swapping out one from the rear?! UPDATE 2025-07-28: Chris Schulz, the owner spoke on the phone today, and I took my vehicle back in for them to check. They replaced the wheel lug nut, and addressed my concerns on the torque specs on the fronts. Overall I'm satisfied with how they handled my concerns, and they continue to be a reputable shop that cares about its customers.

Its a pretty normal shop. I went in for an oil change at 10 am. The workers are nice and chatty but my oil change took two and half hours. I think thats my only complaint. The reason they gave was because they didnt have the oil filter for my car. Only thing I ask is they make sure their stocks on certain needed items are in fact restocked so customers dont have to wait when on the site it says oil changes are 15 to 30 mins. (Follow up) the next day they reached out and offered a free oil change gift card for my next service and apologized for the wait. I'd like to say thankyou and that im glad they take the time and effort to recater their services when something doesn't go well. Like I said before, very nice employees and a good and normal establishment I will be seeing them again.

What a dealer wanted to charge me for quote unquote "needed" repairs for our Chevy Blazer, turned out to be nothing but a attempted money grab by yet another Stealership. Mikes was honest yet again about truly needed repairs and accomplished those for us for over 1k less. This is the very BEST auto repair shop in the Fox Valley area and Beyond. Costomer service: Could use improvement. Spoke with 2 gentlemen and the first guy seemed to have a pretty snobby/ stuck up “know it all, too good to service your work” kinda attitude but I disregarded it and came back a few days later. 2nd guy was such a huge help. He had such a friendly personality and talked about my car model and chat for a bit. I appreciate that type of service it makes me wanna come back for more work. Price: all I needed done was for 2 of my tires valve stems to be replaced and it didn’t cost much at all to replace the 2. Communication/service: they were excellent with keeping me updated with what was going on with my car and checks out everything else to ensure I didn’t need anything else. Picked my car up within 2 hours as it was just a simple job they got my car in and out in no time. Thanks a lot!

I have never felt safer as a woman alone in a car shop than here. I was a walk in for an oil-change so my wait was a little longer than ideal, but I truly did not mind because I felt safe and my car was taken care of! I enjoy that they give you a sheet of everything they inspected with check marks to note if anything needs attention, gives me peace of mind that they did a thorough inspection.
