Well, first off, I rarely ever give a place one star unless they really deserve it. I could explain what went down, but it's a very long, drawn-out story. I'll sum it up by saying that I feel they ripped me off big time. They also did absolutely nothing that I asked them to do. And to further the insult to injury they acted like they did me a favor. So, no, I will never go back there and would highly recommend nobody else do either. Unless you want to get ripped off!

Went there for a simple tire change and they made sure everything was good and found one of my tie rods was bend and they gave me an excellent price and got it repaired which made my steering wheel back straight had went to a previous shop and the yo didn't even bother to looks or tell me about it I will definitely be coming back here.

Missouri State Tire: I came in today (also recommended by my AAA mechanic who did not know I already use them) and I have to say these guys are just the best, especially Rico. I had a completely flat tire and when I brought it in Rico said they could repair it 100% and it would be fine. There was a nail in it but the main problem was the beading around the rim, which I did not even know could cause a tire to go flat. $ 55 for repair+ new valve + seal. They are trustworthy and so nice and kind...

This owner is honest, hard-working, and goes above and beyond for people who don’t appreciate what he does for them, given the amount of broken and uncared for vehicles that are brought to him. Called about tire issue, they said I could come right up. The place doesn't look all that inviting, rough around the edges. Got out and asked an employee that was outside about my issue. He helped me right away. Checked my tire, showed me what was wrong and then immediately got to work to fix it. I was there less than 30mins. Sealed tire rim and plugged a nail hole fast and for a reasonable price

Great place to get work on your tires done. Ordered brand new tires from them and when they came in they were only months old! Verses other shops I've gone that get old, overstock (the age of the rubber is very important!). They put them on the rims, balanced them, programmed them to my truck, and mounted them all for a reasonable price and was even done in around 30 minutes without a lift! They then polished my tires without my asking for even more customer service. Hands down if I ever have any more tires I need, I will go here. Extremely friendly and it's always nice to help a mom and pop, small business!!

While the staff was very friendly and fast, unfortunately the quality of work was poor. They botched the patched job after pulling a nail and the tire was almost completely flat the next day. If you choose to go here remember to check their work.

From the moment I pulled up, the crew was friendly, professional, and actually cared about helping me find the right match — not just pushing a sale. They walked me through several options, showed me the tread depth and condition before installing, and even pointed out a few things to keep an eye on with my alignment. No pressure, no nonsense — just honest, knowledgeable service. The price was way better than what I’d been quoted elsewhere, and they got everything swapped out and balanced faster than I expected. You can tell they take pride in their work — everything from how clean the shop was to how they double-checked the torque and air pressure before sending me off. My car rides smoother now than it has in a long time, and I didn’t have to spend a fortune to make it happen. If you need good, reliable used tires and real customer service from people who know what they’re doing, I can’t recommend Missouri State Tires enough. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for rotations or replacements.
