I was really happy with my experience. My wife couldn't start her car and we were feeling lost because it was late and dark. I called a tow truck, but he didn't offer any other services. "Man, last weekend was a scramble. My sedan started shuddering something fierce every time I tried to accelerate, and I was pretty sure it wasn’t going to sort itself out. I found these guys, Mobile Mechanic Pros Tempe, online and gave them a buzz. They got a mechanic over to my spot really quick, which was clutch because I had plans I couldn’t miss.This mechanic was a straight shooter, told me it was the spark plugs and some issue with the ignition coil. He didn’t use a bunch of technical mumbo jumbo, just plain speak, which I appreciated. Fixed it up in no time right where my car was parked, and he was careful not to leave any mess. just tried to schedule an appointment - - I am happy to say I took my business elsewhere. Completely unprofessional and took me as a joke. The boy (yes, very immature) mumbled the entire call and completely ignored me and my concerns. He also went on random (silent) holds with no reasoning. Just laughter to follow. He ended the call stating “there’s no- one else to call & help you - whatever”

definitely not a company you can trust. they will put your job up for bid for just about anyone to pick up. They sent me over a guy with 3 months of experience. He had trouble diagnosing the car and at the end he left me with an uncertain answer and said he didn’t even have time to fix it that day. told me he could do it for me cheaper on the side but had trouble with the diagnosis, so i definitely had no trust in that either. overall i learned nothing from having them look at my car and im $190 in the hole now
