Worse customer service ever,they kept my Isuzu truck for 10 days before telling they can not fix the problem.They were only focus on money,i spent 850.00 and no work done on my truck.They have poor communication,they will promise to call back but no one calls you .To my opinion the entire team needs a class on customer relation and retention

I called in and they literally told me “I don’t have time to answer any questions or help you with your car , my guys are busy so sorry”… literally what the OWNER said verbatim… all I wanted was a QUOTE on a battery changed :( didn’t even ask for the service yet before I realized how rude and unprofessional they are. They will never get me or my family’s business.

Had a Transmission put in. Less than2 weeks later.. the bolts on the bell housing were backed out an the tranny was coming out of the truck. Costed me another 5k just to refix their problems. The owners son is an @** and in sensative to customers. Have your attorney warmed up.. when you go here

Michael and Senior answered many vehicle inspection questions I had regarding my Jeep Wrangler. Being new to the area, I had some potential issues with getting my 05 Rubicon inspected and road worthy, but they worked with me on every detail and provided a quality no nonsense inspection. They will not waste your time with BS inspection issues as many other stations will just to make a buck. MPM is a straight forward local shop that will do right by the customer. God sent. They helped me out big time. I had a vehicle inspected here before I bought it. John is so knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection of the vehicle and gave me his honest recommendations. I did not buy the vehicle. It would have been a bit much for me to fix. He broke it down so that I understood what I would be getting into. He really saved me from a disaster as the company I was buying the vehicle from did not mention any of the mechanical issues that John went over. I cannot thank him enough. I would take any diesel vehicle there before I purchased it.
