I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work. I was recommended by a friend who went with a relatively unique exhaust problem, which they fixed quickly, relatively inexpensively, and with high quality. I had issues with an engine sensor. I brought it in on a weekend and had my vehicle available to me by Monday morning. They also changed my oil. I am very satisfied with their work thus far, and will continue to utilize their services in the future. Update: Continued excellent service with Monro months later. Brake work was done quickly and well done. They did their best to make sure the price was reasonable too. Overall, very satisfied. Further update: years in, continued 5 ⭐ service all around.

Took advantage of a young man. We had $2600 of repairs that was mis quoted as $1900. The shop DID NOT even do the quoted work. We had to take it elsewhere for a alignment and that shop told is the extent of how bad we got screwed. I would NEVER use this or any Monroe again. We will be filing with the state to get the Mechanics licenses removed. We will be filing with the BBB also.

Larry is honest and trustworthy - I highly recommend taking your car here! As a woman, I always have felt comfortable taking my car here and I’ve never felt taken advantage of/ paid more than I should for car repairs, and I have been taking my car here for a few years. I have not used any other Monroe locations yet, but this one I can definitely say is fantastic!

Lied to. Told my tires were rotated, didn’t find any leaks and everything looked great (was losing 10-15 psi a night). Tire was still leaking in the same location. They didn’t want to get out the dunk tank to check for leaks I guess. Fortunately was not charged… Also, they said they couldn’t find any belt issues even though my truck is squeaking very loudly when I turn truck on and stays squeaking. Had my truck from 9-4. Didn’t do a single thing to my vehicle except drive it to the other side of the parking lot. ALSO, tried to have my brakes done, was told they have plenty of time left and can do it this spring. Not the case 2 weeks after leaving the shop my sensors are telling me to replace front brakes and I am now out of town and my belt is squeaking even louder. Will not recommend or return. Dishonest service.

Ran out of gas in the parking lot ask the guy if i could use the gas can that sitting at the door he just stared at me for a second and said no we don’t have a gas can here. i said there is a gas can sitting at the door just a grumpy old white man its not the fact that he said no it’s the way he responded terrible customer service i would never spend another penny with this place….

I was treated very unprofessional and they broke my hood latch and left the dip stick on top of my engine which I found when I got home...and one of the men there offered to weld my exhaust pipe together for 40 bucks and I agreed and the manager went out and told him not to do it...I would have to purchase a whole new muffler system...so I will not come back to this location.

I stopped in on a Saturday, but the technician that does engine analysis wasn’t available till the next day at 9 AM. So Sunday at 8:45 I arraived as was told it would be serval hours wait. So I waited and at approximately 2 PM the technician checked my vehicle, but wasn’t able to determine the root problem. He charged me half price of $65. I was desperate because I had to vacate a campsite and take two my trailer home. The truck misfired for 45 miles, but made it home. I then hooked up my analyzer and discover #8 cylinder misfired over 6k times. I changed the spark plug and resolved the problem. Cleared the check engine light and been driving without any issues. I plan on returning for another camping trip and will stop in at the shop with the evidence for a refund since the work done there was meaningless. I know the technician tried he best and I am not faulting him personally.

I was getting ready to go back to California notice that my tire wouldn’t hold pressure everything was closed except for Monro Auto Service and tire center 15 minutes to closing time. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name. He Still did my tire. He did an excellent job. The best service I ever had in my life on the road. I appreciate this company. Do not take you vehicle here!! The Tech was very unprofessional and was cussing over installing my tires. He was very hot headed. All 4 tires were balanced wrong putting weights on one tire that was over 20% of the inside rim. My truck almost fell off of the hoist because they didn't adjust the arms of the hoist correctly, there solution was to use long floor jacks on the bumper to stop it from going backwards. Once the tech was done he started backing my truck up then slammed it into drive while it was going backwards. When I told the guy behind the counter he went out to talk to the tech. The tech got mad again and took off on his motorcycle. The truck still was not done. The person behind the counter had to program the TPMS sensors. total time to replace 4 tires over 2 hours! and they did not have any other customers or orders.

I had my tires installed at a Monro store 10 months ago. I have a flat today and took it to Monro and was told the tire cannot be fixed. I have an Allstate road hazard policy on my tires and said they will cover the cost of a replacement tire if you simply write me a quote for the cost that I can send to Allstate. The man refused to do so and told me to buy a new tire through him. It was simply a quote that I needed and Allstate would have paid them in full for the tire. They have lost my business. Very rude. Very unkind. Update: Discount tire was able to fix the flat with a great explanation as to what is repairable and what is not.
