Lied to. Told my tires were rotated, didn’t find any leaks and everything looked great (was losing 10-15 psi a night). Tire was still leaking in the same location. They didn’t want to get out the dunk tank to check for leaks I guess. Fortunately was not charged… Also, they said they couldn’t find any belt issues even though my truck is squeaking very loudly when I turn truck on and stays squeaking. Had my truck from 9-4. Didn’t do a single thing to my vehicle except drive it to the other side of the parking lot. ALSO, tried to have my brakes done, was told they have plenty of time left and can do it this spring. Not the case 2 weeks after leaving the shop my sensors are telling me to replace front brakes and I am now out of town and my belt is squeaking even louder. Will not recommend or return. Dishonest service.

Absolutely not worth going here they lie and tell you the vehicles fine when it is not. I recommend anywhere but here save yourself the headaches and hassle. Couldn’t find anything wrong with my car took it to a different shop and within 5 minutes they figured out what was wrong

Larry is honest and trustworthy - I highly recommend taking your car here! As a woman, I always have felt comfortable taking my car here and I’ve never felt taken advantage of/ paid more than I should for car repairs, and I have been taking my car here for a few years. I have not used any other Monroe locations yet, but this one I can definitely say is fantastic!

Their customer service is horrible. I had my tires shipped to them and had an appointment scheduled. On the day of my appointment I drove to the shop and it was closed. No one thought to call to reschedule. When I called the following morning Larry, told me my tires weren’t there and he didn’t receive and shipment of tires. After my own investigation he later called and said he “found them in the back”. These guys are a bunch of clowns.

Ran out of gas in the parking lot ask the guy if i could use the gas can that sitting at the door he just stared at me for a second and said no we don’t have a gas can here. i said there is a gas can sitting at the door just a grumpy old white man its not the fact that he said no it’s the way he responded terrible customer service i would never spend another penny with this place….
