I have been coming here for almost 8 years . My dad brought me here and every car I ever had I came here. I recently had a visit and a very bad experience. Definitely lost a customer although I may not make a difference in their bottom line. I brought my car here and it wasn’t that they couldn’t do anything for me , it was the treatment I received. From the rude lady at the desk to the mechanics talking about me like the door is no plastic . I don’t care if this the last shop open I would never come back !

Every time that I come to this service center I get top notch service and it's not just the service it's the environment very friendly professional caring service center this is probably one of the few service centers that I can honestly go to and not ever have to be worried about them trying to either price scouts me or sell me something that I don't even need or fix something that doesn't even need to be fixing I would trust this service center for all my repair needs should I ever need repairs done to my car or tire changes you're not going to get ripped off you're going to get the most professional respectable service from the time and moment you walk in to the time you leave and they walk you through everything telling you what recommendations that they have for your car also checking your car from top to bottom just letting you know a potential problems or stuff that you may need to update such as tires but nevertheless you're going to get top notch professional courtesy service every time and price thank you to all of the mechanics and customer service staff at this Mr tire location you all do a very professional impeccable job

Extremely helpful and straightforward. They thoroughly explained everything to me and offered to rebalance my tires multiple times upon my request. I had new tires put on, a ball joint replaced and an alignment. It seemed a little pricey, but that seems to be how every auto place is. Steve the manager was especially kind. Would definitely recommend.

Called by the store on Friday a little after 3:30 PM, was told I was able to come in that day to have my tires replaced. Was able to get two new rear tires for a good price! The owner was respectful, nice & welcoming to each of his customers. Him & I shared a conversation about how I am a Morgan State University student and how he’s an alumni. He hooked me up with a discount at the end, which was a huge blessing 🙏🏾! This was my first time ever visiting and definitely would come back in the near future!

Would not recommend if you don't know much about cars first experience there i bought two tires after not even a year one air was not staying in the tire the other caught a piece of glass or something i needed up getting Walmart tires which is on my car still after a year with nothing happening so far my other experience my car was sitting for two weeks because they couldn't diagnose a issue which was only a coolant leak in which my father had to patch to get me to another shop that fixed it right away I would bring someone with u that know about cars the manager seemed very friendly even gave me a discount but service for me I can't say was a great experience my battery even died because of how long it was sitting just over something that could've easily be spotted if they lifted my car and did the proper inspection

Exceptional and exemplary service!! Steve greeted me kindness, respectf and understanding. I dread going to the repair shop cause honestly woman are taken advantage by repairs due our ignorance. She helped me understand what was going on with my tires and the process of getting a new tire. She found the nails in our tires immediately and was able to show where the air was leaking.
