These guys are great. Fast friendly service. I had a piece of rubber falling off my front windshield and they fixed it in minutes. Great service. Thank you.

Staff was friendly and helpful, my big rig needed some help with a drip on the front windshield and they got me right in. They have a warehouse separate from the regular office which made it easy to get to and park. I’d visit them again if needed in the future.

A year ago, I took in my commuter due to a windshield leak. I was informed that I will need a new windshield since mine would likely break. Work was completed, yet the leak was still there and from the same area. I returned, and the problem was corrected the second time. This repair is still keeping water out. Fast forward to this January 2025 when I took in my truck with a sliding rear window that leaked from the groove that the glass slid in. I asked for a solid (no slider) glass as this was my final leak after a few days of diagnosing other water intrusion at the cab vents and 3rd brake light. A few days after the repair, we had rain, and a new, much faster leak in a new location started. With a water hose flowing only down the area of the leak, the use of a bore scope, and 5-10psi air pressure. I narrowed the leak to the bottom corner. After getting this on video, I made the call back to Mt Hood Glass and was told to stop by. They looked at my video and inspected my vehicle. They used water to show that it did leak and said it was not the window but rather a body seam where parts of the body come together that was the source of the new leak. I do agree that the window is sealed to the truck but in the process of removing the old window and the butyl or urethane sealant, they either cut out the seam sealant or it was pulled out in the preparation for the new window. Either way, I was told this was not their problem but rather mine (the customer). I am not the average customer. After 35 years as an auto tech (customerservice), I retired at 55 and became an engineer in a milk processing plant. Fluid leaks are now a daily focus. Customer service is no longer a daily dance, but I definitely know when it's poor.

Well, my experience is I’m still dealing with my car not working properly after my windshield was replaced three years going on four years ago and they said they didn’t do anything wrong but yet replaced my windshield because it was installed wrong by them. I would never recommend this company to any one they are crooked. They don’t want to own their mistake and fix it. This is crazy.

I’ve gotten my windshield replaced with them twice now. Super affordable vs other auto glass specialist. Super convenient, they can come to you if in the area. And super knowledgeable staff. Save yourself a bunch of time and call Mt Hood Glass first.

I called asking for an appointment and was provided one for the very next day. My original appointment was to be between 10 - 2pm, but received a call around 915am and informed that my technician was 5 mins away. I informed him that I was about 20 mins out since he was early and was told "no problem, I will wait". When I arrived at my office, Jorge introduced himself and was very polite and professional. My windshield was replaced in no time and Jorge wiped down my dashboard and cleaned up after himself and provided me with a receipt. I was very impressed and if I ever need any window work done, I will be calling Mt Hood Glass back. Thank you for being prompt and professional!! John

$300+ cheaper than the quote I got from a national chain. Definitely the place to go if you’re paying out of pocket for a windshield. Responsive, quick service, and the new windshield looks good.

Got my back drivers side window smashed in on Sunday night I called Mt Hood Glass on Monday morning and they got me in in less than an hour and after that, repaired my window in less than an hour. For a super affordable price too! Nice people who will take care of you. Really grateful, would recommend this place to anyone.

Make sure you get your quote in writing. Was quoted $85.00 cheaper than when we arrived. Maybe he did make a mistake, understandable. As a business owner myself, I know sales people make mistakes. Or it was a ploy to get us in the door, knowing most folks would just stick with the appointment. Due to inconvenience of having to set something else up somewhere different. Next item, due to us bringing up the price difference. Customer service took a nose dive. As we went in to pick up our keys from the front desk, she didn't even offer the "after care" advice, nor a simple thank you for the business. I'm sure due to us complaining about the "adjusted price difference". That's nice they have each others back, almost to entitlement. Left our car dirty and with some sticky window caulk on the front fender by the mirror. I wouldn't recommend this company, as I already told a few people about the experience and will continue to do so. I would be more than happy to speak to the owner and/or someone in management if they would like to discuss this review.

Experience was mostly positive, they were able to get me in same day, and completed the windshield replacement in a reasonable amount of time. It was getting dark when I left and I did not throughly examine the quality of work before leaving. That was my mistake. Next morning I had a chance to remove the tape and check everything out and that is when I noticed that there was a bunch of adhesive left behind from the original windshield. It was easy enough to take off, but they didn’t bother to clean it up. I also noticed that in the process of replacing the windshield, part of my windshield trim broke off, and now the edge of the glass is exposed. I feel like this should have been mentioned to me when I was invoiced. Sent photos and talked to Ed about my concern and was told that if I wanted to buy the replacement trim piece they would install it. Was also told they could use some solvent to clean up the left behind adhesive. I’m going to take care of this myself, as I do not trust them to do it correctly without damaging my paint. Everything was blamed on the vehicle, it’s because it’s a BMW, it’s because it’s old. It’s because it’s an original windshield and the generic gasket they use wasn’t as big so they could not cover up the residue left from the original. I’ve used several different glass companies in the past and typically when they damage something they own up to it and offer a solution. I understand my car is a 2007 and plastics become brittle, but these things should be pointed out and not attempted to be swept under the rug hoping the customer doesn’t notice. When I spoke with Ed, I just said don’t worry about it, I’ll just take care of it. I felt the resistance from our conversation and knew we were not going to accomplish anything.

Highly recommend! Filled out the quote appointment request form, and maybe 10 minutes later I received a call from Mt. Hood Glass. A polite gentleman gave me a great quote and I was in no rush, but they actually got me in next day. Absolutely outstanding customer service.

Great experience with this company. My rear window was broken by a thief, and I called Mt Hood Glass. They answered on the first ring and gave me a quote for a reasonable price. I brought it in and they repaired the window same day. Ed did a great job on the repair, and had good customer service.

Driver's side window was smashed out in a break in. I just stopped by on a Friday morning to get a quote on replacing the window. I was amazed, they were less than half the price of other quotes. They had the window on site within 30 min and entire job was done in about another 30 minutes. Everyone was polite and helpful. Job was done well, very professional. They even vacuumed out broken glass that I hadn't gotten all out yet. I highly recommend Mt. Hood glass. And, you have the benefit of supporting a locally owned business. Everyone wins doing business here.

Excellent local glass shop. They have been able to get me in same day both times I've been. The prices have been excellent both times and they always look for ways to help you out whenever they can. They gave me quotes on OEM and aftermarket glass and helped me figure out which one was the best for me

Steer clear. Expensive, rude, and unprofessional. I've never felt compelled to write a negative review before. The quote I received from them was 66% higher than what 2 competitors came in at. That's just the start.... When I called them for a quote on new shower glass for a bathroom remodel, I was told to send pictures by email. After 4 days, I got no reply to the email. I called them back. They said they'd answer by email. In the email reply I finally received, they didn't even read the email. I was asked what color glass and hardware I wanted. (Only this was in the original email.) In all of the emails, not once did the person leave a name. When I declined the high price, I told them it was awkward that they never gave a first name, their response was: "I do 600k a month in sales. so i guess i'm doing something right." Receipt attached

OUTSTANDING!! I am impressed everytime I watch the crew install a new windshield in my machines. A big thanks to Russel, Aaron, and Ed for going the extra mile to find those windshields that are getting difficult to obtain, for 50 year old classics. 5 star quality , everytime
