Had a bad experience here a couple years ago but decided I would give them another chance today and what a terrible mistake that was. John was rude from the second he started talking to us. He literally threw his hands in the air like we were bothering him, like it's not his job or something. He then very rudely said he wouldn't take a core return without the receipt. Okay drive 15 min home and back and before we're out of the car he comes out waving his finger at us saying he won't take it because it's from another store. We couldn't believe how rude he was for absolutely no reason. Literally this place is dead to me and it put a bad taste in my mouth for all naps in general.

I visited this location of a Napa store and had a horrible experience today. While returning a completely unused auto part the guy at the cash register from the moment I walked up was a complete jerk. He was the same with the person before me. He huffed and puffed the whole time, accused me of installing the auto part which clearly I had not and was the worst customer service person I’ve ever encountered. It was clear he was wrong and he processed the return in 3 minutes. None of the 3 other people in the store said anything so I imagine he’s this way all the time. I will never shop at the store again it was only here because the one in the Battleground area was closed on a Sunday. Do not shop here! UPDATE: after reading other reviews, bad customer service is a habit here. And I checked my receipt to see that “John PN” was the employee and his name appears in other bad reviews. Napa, seems you have a very bad problem on your hands.

I don't understand why anyone would rate this location a one star. This location is a staple in the neighborhood and everyone who works here is very respectful and does the best job they can to help their customers. Do you have to keep in mind that in this business there are a lot of know it all's and a lot of people that have no idea what they are talking about. The people who work here just do their best they can to get you the parts you need for your car. I have been coming here often on and the auto parts store competitor around the corner for years. They both do a good job and both will serve you well. I prefer this Napa location over the others and the competitors because the people here seem more knowledgeable and willing to help.

Went into this location because my van wouldn't start and was across the street in the Winco parking lot. The guy at the front counter (Michael) was so nice and trusted us to take a jumper across the street. Jumped my van and drove over and he came right out and helped us. Was able to determine that the battery needed replaced and allowed us to use a few tools to change it out ourselves.

Happy to have been given good customer service during my visit today! Wish I had gotten the guys name. Younger, tall, larger build, very short dark hair. He obviously had customer service skills. Ladies notice it when they are treated politely in an auto parts store! Lost a star for another employees less than welcoming demeanor. When I walked in, there were no other customers (yay!), and all three employees behind the counter looked up at me in unison. I announced I was there to pick up an order. An older gent responded - he didn't say hi or anything, instead he kind of barked "FOR WHO?". Well, hello to you too, sir! I was glad the other guy took care of the rest. Also, be aware that the Napa online ordering didn't notify me that two of my items hadn't been fulfilled. My confirmation email showed all items being ready, but on the stores end they didn't have the exact items and they had removed them from my order. The guy took care of it quickly. I am going to be making sure the billing looks right on my credit card. I must be really bored writing a review for my experience buying oil and coolant. Boredom 2020

These guys, behind the counter, that has assisted me through the 5 years, that I was driving, have been knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Sometimes, going beyond just customer service. I had purchased a set of windshield wipers, as mine were starting to tear, and one of them came out and did it for me. I really appreciate the effort that these guys, have gone to assist this 76 year old lady!!! (That was 10 or so years ago, when I was still driving)! Thanks guys and gals!

Terrible customer service. I made an online order to pick up which I already paid for, they kept telling me because I had no confirmation number they couldn't help me. I showed them the invoice on my phone and they couldn't give me any real answers. The only guy I talked to on Sunday when I made the order won't be in until Thursday and they won't be able to talk to him until then to find out what exactly happened. Their assistant manager John had a lack of care towards the situation and continued to try to push it off as if it wasn't "their problem". I'm extremely disappointed in how I was treated. A complete lack of graciousness towards their costumers. How can you act like I'm the problem when clearly it's something wrong on your end. I''ll be sticking to O'Riellys in the future, these guys suck.

They were pretty busy when I arrived . So I got to watch George deal with a couple customers before me. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful . It took him a little longer to get around to helping me, but it's because he really took the time to make sure everyone a head of me was taken care of properly and not just rushing us all out the door. Which i very much appreciated. When it was my turn , he gave me the same attention to detail and high quality service. George slaps!

I had an extremely poor customer experience today, which resulted in me leaving without making a purchase. I needed assistance looking up the correct battery cables & oil filter for my RV. The employee who helped me, named Mike, offered no real assistance and maintained an unprofessional and dismissive tone throughout the interaction making statements like, 'I don't know what you want me to do about it.' Because of his unprofessional attitude, I walked out and bought the parts I needed at a competitor. The management needs to address customer service training with this employee, as his behavior is actively costing the store sales.
