Location is hard to find, but if you come from 1st Ave and go left on the service street you'll see it about half way between 1st and 2nd on the left. Please go slow because there is often children walking between a daycare and playground in the parking lot.

Napa is one of my favorite places to go to get my car parts because I know they are not junk remanufactured Parts Napa always has what I need if not they can always have it there the same day or within a couple hours worst case scenario would be next day I do enjoy going to Napa because I've never had to return parts to this

Super confused why the rude employee at the register lied to me and told me they don’t carry an OBD2 scanner, even though every location is required to have one and made up an excuse about how someone must’ve borrowed it. I drove my broken down car out of my way to come to NAPA over Auto Zone, I’ll never make that mistake again.

I rarely leave reviews, but the customer service that I received today from Kenny was excellent and I just wanted to take a minute to acknowledge that. I needed a new car battery and knew absolutely nothing about what to do or what I would need. Kenny helped me figure out which battery would be best and gave me a great deal, too! And when I said I didn’t have anyone to help me put it in, he offered to help even though he was working the store by himself. He had to run back and forth a few times to help take care of other customers, which I’m sure must have been stressful, but whenever he came back he always had a smile and even taught me some things about putting in the battery myself. Absolutely awesome service and I will definitely be back!

Stereotypical service center that will milk you for every last dollar (and then some). Went in with a nail in my tire. They told me I needed to spend $2000+ dollars to fix my car. Shameless.
