If zero stars was possible that's what it will be. I've been to this location twice and those two times that I went there it was out of convince. There are a lot of construction going on at the moment and when my partner had made a left turn a piece of metal somehow lodged into our tire. This shop happens to be right on the next block we stopped and see if they could either patch the tire or we will get a new one. The tire could not be patched back up so we said fine we will replace that tire. When my partner was speaking with the guy behind the desk, they said we have to change both the front bc the other one was balding and the total amount will come out too a little over $400. (We know it is, but it's was still drivable. We spoke to the other shop we had to go to and they said it was still fine to drive with it.) They refuse to return the car keys and said that we can get our car towed from their shop to somewhere else. They hand a towing car company's card (Top Tier Towing) to us and said we can call them to tow for $170. I asked they guy if they personally know the towing company's boss and he said yes. (After taking some time and looking up both these business. I have to say very smart and money hungry on the owners part. He owns both businesses.) Eventually they retuned the car keys but now we have a flat and were sitting in their lot waiting about an hour and half for a tow. Both times that I've ever went here, I've had a bad experience. Definitely never a first choice of mine, we called the place we usually go to and for a tow it was only $70 and for another $90 for a tire and new brake pad.)
