Got my charger tinted there a few years back , cheap tint started peeling . At the time I was told that it was guaranteed for life . Contacted them to get the tint redone because it was peeling up and when I get there I was told that the shop was sold to a new owner and they kept norcaltints name . Found out that's not the case . Go somewhere else , the reviews on here are left by family and friends

Called 2 days early to set up an appointment, man was extremely rude on the phone. Told me credit card machine was broken so he was only taking cash, I said ok ill work it out and he hung up on me. So I show up and he wasn't there, I call him 10 mins after the appointment and he tells me I never called to "confirm", which he never said I had to do, and he didn't live near the shop. I'll be taking my money to someone that actually cares.

Made an appointment for 9 AM a week ahead. I arrived there and he called just as I arrived, saying he forgot all about it thought it was a different hour. I’m quite sure he just didn’t wake up or it is a scam.

I called these guys they gave me a quote over the phone extremely friendly and half the price from everyone else. When I showed up to have it done he even lowered the price another 20 bucks. Amazing work! Took off my old tint and put new tint on looks amazing!

Since this is my third car to have tinted here, I've been satisfied overall. I always get the Ceramic type, it cost a lot more... but it's worth it. When he said don't roll down the window for 1 or 2 weeks on a hot week and all those worry some bubbles will go away, it does go away. Do have your car cleaned before getting your car windows tinted or just go to 5 Star Car Wash. Get all the clutter out as he needs all the room inside your car. Including the trunk space. With all the spraying of the soap solution, there will be some cleanup afterwards. Don't touch the inside of the windows for 1 week. Use just water and microfiber towel to clean the residue after a week. My windows turned out great after following this. I took a star out because there is no clean-up outside of your car after he is done, he leaves soapy mess all over, not even a quick wipe down.
