I stopped in on 1/3, because I needed an oil change and an alignment - and my usual place was too busy. Gage got me right in! He was polite, showed me how far out of alignment my truck was, and I was surprised at how quickly they got everything done. They even had a coupon for the oil change. I will definitely be back!

It’s a Sunday and we came to Yasser because we had a nail in our tire. We were concerned about having to replace the tire. Yasser explained everything about where the nail was and was able to save our tire. The friendly environment at this location is extraordinary and I will definitely be back so they can handle any car issues I might have. I highly recommend this location and Yasser was amazing and knowledgeable and makes everything so much easier.

I used to go to other NTB location near my workplace but I visited this time here. I always trusted NTB's staff and technician. BUT NOT THIS TIME. I visited here for rotation & alignment, and engine oil service. Staffs were kind and nice though. During the waiting, Technician came up and informed me the brake disk status is "metal to metal". And they gave me a quote over $1000 for front and back replacement. WHAT? WRONG!!! I replaced them not too long ago. I declined the service offer gently at that time. I recently made my car pit stop into my favorite mechanic shop for another services needed. Toyota Master Technicians officially confirmed me that the brake disk is not metal to metal but GOOD over 8mm left. I still could not believe this NTB(Mavis) location tried to upsell to me. Disappointed 😞

This former NTB has 100% gone down hill since Mavis took them over. I use to ho here for good service and quality customer service. I was tied up and not available to help my daughter on a good place to go. They offered a $20 off coupon for an oil change. Good deal, no WAY. Double the price of most places in the area. Mavis is 100% about profit. Would not recommend. I would've when they were NTB.

Matt and Aston went above and beyond to help us with a tire pressure gauge and valve issue, and they did everything free of charge. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, friendly, and easy to talk to. Wonderful experience I had today. I went in expecting a long wait due to the amount of cars in front of me and arranged for a friend to pick up. To my surprise, I got a call an hour later telling me that my car was ready! Yasser was great in communicating with me what to expect and the services that I would receive, and Jeff was incredible with the follow through and explaining to me what my car needed and prioritizing what could be done today vs what could wait/how soon I needed to take care of it. I am so thankful for genuine people like this who take care of me and my vehicle and really take the time to inform me about what is going on. Their transparency and genuine love for what they is clear at this store and I couldn’t be more grateful for my experience. I will definitely be back and will be referring friends here as well! The staffs here are very nice, profession and efficient!!! Very good customer servers and they offer different promotions plan on the day and when you come back again too!!! Highly recommend them if you ever needs the tire change or oil change 😊 !!! They are helpful if you are not familiar with tire selection and can give you ideas of what is best for you in terms of budget. They also do check up the car for you, giving you summary what need to keep an eye on it and when it should be done from time to time. Btw, if you every feels like to have a funny chat, please come here find Yasser who comes from Egypt!!! He will keep you busy and smiling at the same time!!! BTW, they also offer free air pump if you need it!!!

Yasser and his staff are awesome! I have trusted this location and staff, previously NTB, with my tires since high school. They are all so kind and super helpful!!! If you have kids who are just learning how to drive or just need help yourself, then I highly recommend this location!!! Word on the street- they’re hiring a nail tech to do nails while you wait. Overall, the best service ever and my car is always taken care of. Please trust this place! .
