Thank God for MTB! James and Quentin saved our lives...after we were stressed frantic from driving on the rim for 3 miles to get there...MTB was the closest tire shop to us when we sporadically blew our back tire in a 2024 rental with no spare smh...they worked with us and gave really great discounts. 10/10

Several weeks ago I showed up right at the time NTB opened to get a tire rotation. When I went inside, the person there said he couldn't do my tire rotation because he was the only one there. He said one person called in sick, one person had the day off and the other person didn't come in for another hour. What bothered me most was that it was just a matter of fact "can't rotate your tires". Not an "I'm so sorry, I had someone call in sick and it put me in a bind" or "I'm sorry, can I schedule a time to get you back in to do the rotation?". Never once was there any apology for not be able to perform a routine service. I followed up after leaving there by sending an inquiry on the "Contact Us" page of the Mavis website letting them know about my experience. It says on there that inquiries are answered within 48 hours. I still have never heard from anyone and it's been 3+ weeks or so. It seems that customer service is a very low priority for this company. Not just at the store level but also at corporate. I've bought tires from NTB for at least 16 years (that I can remember) but I don't see why I should continue to be loyal to them. By the way, the time before this last, when I took my truck in for a rotation at this same location, they had no one there to open the store because the person with the key didn't show up. I wound up leaving after 40 minutes. That time I did get a response to my online inquiry but my comment about being loyal isn't based just on this last incident. It's last two.

I have gone here for years and always had great experiences. The manager was very kind and was able to get my tire patched! They are under new ownership, hoping that the service stays just as great as it always was! They are honoring any old warranties or agreements that you had with NTB prior to the transition.

Very professional and courteous vehicle service center in the area. I met Mr. Ron this morning for a trivial issue. Ron was kind to walk with me to the car and identify the problem problem within a few seconds, and also helped me resolve the silly issue right there. He did not charge me anything for it, even though I offered to pay him for his expert guidance. That was a very nice gesture. Went to get my break pads changed. The guy at the front told me nearly $600 per axel so over $1000 just for brakes… later found out that price was ridiculous just as I thought. Hr didn’t even examine my car, or ask what kind of car I had. Seemed like he didn’t want my business so I won’t be back… I also see a lot of tire reviews so maybe this isn’t a good place for brakes.

Yesterday afternoon I went in to get an oil change and tire rotation. I found out that NTB now charges for tire rotation, so I opted out of that service. 30 minutes later I was told that my vehicle was ready and the oil was changed. I got in my vehicle started to drive around the shop and my oil pressure light came on in my oil change light came on and my check engine light came on. I drove it right back and spoke to the mechanic to change the oil, while my car was running the engine start attacking he said turn off your engine. I think I forgot to put oil in it. The only job they had was to change the oil and even that they could not do. How can I trust the shop to replace my tires my battery or anything else if they cannot change the oil properly I asked the manager what they could do. He said oh if we can give you a free oil change I said does this happen often he said oh no and that was one of our best mechanics is the more experienced mechanic that we have on site. Wow, I said, can you guarantee that my engine will not fail because it was not oil in the engine and as I drove it around the shop twice no I cannot will then please write something down that your shop did not put oil in my engine, so that when it does have engine problems, I can come back to you and show you what happened due to negligence. He said we can’t do that anything else I can do for you. I said I guess I’ll take my free oil change write that down. Can you do that? Sure no problem.

Outstanding service! TPS was showing low tire pressure so I pulled over to fill them up, and ended up noticing a huge gash in one of them. The technicians and the manager were on top of everything, even patiently worked with me while calling Firestone about my warranty. I feel so lucky that I stopped here versus going to Firestone because Mavis actually had the tires in stock, and they stayed open past closing just to get my car situated. The manager was even able to get a last minute (after hours) part delivered for the service — on a Friday. Really great customer service and even better business relations. Honestly the best experience, even with the unexpected inconvenience of a busted tire. 10 out of 10 recommend — thanks guys!

I had my tire replacement done here, and unfortunately my TPMS sensor was damaged during the process. That was definitely concerning at first. However, James handled the situation exceptionally well. Even though another technician caused the issue, James took full responsibility and made sure the sensor was replaced promptly. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but great customer service and accountability like this truly make all the difference.
