Although they didn't have what I needed (a 7" motorcycle headlight), the person waiting on me discussed ways to chase down an electrical problem using a multimeter. It turns out, my LED headlight was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I originally went to the O’Reillys on Kimberly Road to get a brake light replacement and they said that they did not do it . I called the Locust Street location and talked to a very friendly gentleman that I cannot remember his name, but he said that he was able to do it and I went to the location and he put in my bulb and showed me how to do it myself. I really appreciate that.

I recently purchased an alternator in Colorado Springs and had it installed onto my Subaru Outback. The 1st store sold me the wrong alternator which was about a 4 hour delay out of my work day. I had to go to the nearest store and exchange it for the “right one”. Since changing the alternator, my car’s lights have been flickering. I drove several states from home to attend my son’s graduating the NAVY boot camp in Illinois. In route back home I was left stranded on the interstate in Iowa due to my alternator. I was able to make contact with O’reillys Auto Parts in Davenport, Iowa after sleeping in my car all night and morning. The two employees at this store (Jess & Shaun) #708 were a blessing to me and my companion. They exchanged my alternator and battery with zero hassle and were extremely helpful. I can’t even explain how awesome they were. I’ll tell u one thing!! They have restored my faith in O’reilly Auto Parts and human kindness. No wonder this store has a 4 star review. They deserve a 5! Alternator went out, so we replaced it in Colorado. Turns out the one from Parker Co was the wrong one so we bought another one in Colorado Springs which seemed faulty, lights blinked the whole time we drove to Illinois. But we had to go. Our son was graduating from Navy boot camp and there was no way we were missing that! We made it, thank God. Spent a few days with our boy and started back home. Made it to Davenport IA and the car would not start. Got a jump Got the car parked in O'Reilly's parking lot and waited for them to open. They didn't have our part. Had to get it delivered from another store. The staff at this store was beyond helpful. Way more than I've ever seen from an auto parts store. Not only did they help replace the alternator, they also went above and beyond replacing the battery and switch so we don't have any more issues on our way back home(they even helped get it back on!). O'Reilly's is lucky to have Jess Studer and Shaun Dunn in their management team, their compassion is rare these days and very very appreciated. Go here cause they are still people with love and compassion in their heart 💗

My little brother was in there tonight with what could have been a life or death situation. Austin was there to help him out and got him an excellent deal on the parts that he needed. He then came over to my house and I showed him how to do a brake job for the first time ever. I love this O'Reilly's and will continue to get my auto parts here.

I stopped in about 20 minutes before close and was immediately greeted by an employee who directed me to the headlights I was looking for. I went outside and started to change the headlight in about 15 degree weather. A second employee came out, without me asking, and began helping me change the bulb. He spent about 15 minutes out in the cold with me and successfully changed the bulb. Thanks!

Stopped in to have rear bulb checked. Asst manager waited on me as he was helping other employees with customer. He called out employees from back to assist customers. 100% customer service! I was impressed. He changed the bulb that restored the brake light and also changed the other rear bulb. This young man knows how to manage a store. I would recommend this store for all your car needs.
