This place is without a doubt my first choice for any mechanical service or towing. Todd and his crew have saved me more times than I can count. No matter what issue I had with my truck, I always knew I could trust them to fix it right. But what really sets them apart is how they were there for me during one of the hardest times in my life. I was in a serious accident on my R1, and the bike was stolen from the accident site. I spent a week in the hospital recovering from surgery that left me with a plate and nine screws. On top of that, my husband had already been in an accident that left him in a coma. We fell behind on bills, and the bank began the foreclosure process on our home. Todd was so kind — he picked up my bike from the impound lot on his own time and delivered it to my house. I couldn’t pay him everything I owed right away, but he let me make payments, no questions asked. That kind of compassion is rare these days. This isn’t about anyone else — it’s about Todd going above and beyond for me when I truly needed it most. Thank you, Todd. There need to be more people like you in this world. I’ll be in soon to pay you in full. Thank you, Todd and crew!!!!!!!!!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I’m a total snob about my cars and who works on my cars and I typically expect everything to get done cheap and quick and will speak to a manager if I’m not satisfied (every auto shops favorite kind of customer…). These guys exceeded my expectations in ways I couldn’t predict. It was done faster and done under budget And done at a higher quality than any Firestone or other big box brand could ever hope to do. From start to finish saying I’ve been impressed as an understatement. More context if needed below: My girl slid out of control during the ice storm and hit a curb and bent the front right wheel out at like a 20° angle About 200 feet from a Firestone auto. We tried to get them to help just get the car to the shop since it was across the parking lot, but they wouldn’t help. Enter: Big T’s Towing and Olde Town Car Care. We called these guys and got an estimate for a tow for super cheap. Upon arrival big T gave us the recommendation to old town car care. Being an independent business and promised excellent service and, without meeting anybody, we had big T tow the car to old town car care. The owner of old town car care called me and gave a diagnosis and an estimate competitive with any shop. The bill came out to be $100 over our $500 deductible… that’s incredible, in case you don’t have auto shop experience. Based on what I saw going on with the car, I was pumped the job quote wasn’t at least $1,000. As far as I’m concerned, everything got started on the right foot. We could not get over to the shop in time before it closed and the solution was sorted out by the manager. We got our bill and our car back without meeting anybody. Without meeting anybody we had our car towed repaired paid for and picked up. I want you to reread that and let that sink in. It was done under budget and 36 hours. All business conducted through text and phone calls. I’ve literally never had such a pain-free and pleasant experience getting a car repaired Anytime. Anyone asks me in the future if they know a good mechanic, I will refer them to old town car car. And by the way, this all happened over the course of 36 hours. Did I already say that? Anyway, if you made it this far, I hope you find some friends. If you do need friends, try this shop maybe, idk. Good luck with your car.

Well, first off. This is one of the best mechanics I have ever worked with. I have an older car, a Toyota solara. It's my baby. Arguably one of the best looking Toyota solaras around. And my baby left happy from this shop. They did my struts, brakes, and a fuel pump change out. This was not just one time to the shop. I am just now getting around to reviewing after working with them multiple times. The prices are very reasonable, and the work was top freaking notch! I even referred a friend/coworker to them and they took care of them too! Quick. Very great communication. Great prices Excellent work! hot tip: use a debit or cash for extra savings, it's not much, but definitely worth it for anyone saving for the next car upgrade (while I didn't take this savings, electing to not say a word so that the company got a bit more money, unknowingly. I'm just a weirdo that likes giving money to people instead of a venture capitalist) Also. If the dog is in there, pet them.

Todd got right to work and identified the problem the minute I pulled in he brought his equipment and diagnosed the problem told me how long it would take and how much it would cost. Olde Town has not tried to upsell me on any service or part. They talk with me like an intelligent person who doesn't know a lot about cars and they have given very solid advice about anything I've asked about. I'm really glad I found them and hope to keep coming back for a long time

This place rocks! I recently just needed breaks. Knew I only needed breaks, took my baby to a different shop first and they tried to up sell me a bunch of things I did not need. Mind it you it was 600$ for just my front breaks not including rears. Thankfully I heard about this place through a friend and glad I did. Crash and his team are great! They fit me in that day to look at it and fix it. They didn’t upsell me stuff and told it to me straight which was I just needed breaks and rotors. They made me aware of future fixes I will eventually have to do but made it clear that they weren’t a problem yet and that I have many miles before they will start to be a problem. They told me what was priority and that’s what matters. Forever taking my car to this shop and recommend to all.

Have worked with Crash every step of the way on two separate vehicles. He has always been transparent, upfront, communicative, and timely. He takes the time to walk me through things, explain problems, and helps me learn by answering my questions. Crash has always done his best to make the visit stress free and affordable. I was looking for a shop desperately after the first one I went to wasn't so honest or forthcoming. A friend suggested Olde Town Car Care Center and it was the greatest decision I could have made. They service both my Range Rover Sport and my beater Corolla, and I assume anything in between. Always fair and always helping me brainstorm the best solutions for my budget. I really enjoy how 'real' they are about things. I don't feel out of place or in the dark on anything with Crash. He talks to you like a person, not a customer, and that is something that goes a long way with me. Will continue to bring my vehicles here as long as I live in the Arvada area. Bringing my car to Olde Town Car Care was the BEST decision I ever made! I came in to get my brakes replaced and they immediately started working on my car. Found out I had a bigger issue with my car that they notified me about ASSP. My car is under car shield warranty and they called and got the work approved and had my car done same day! Everyone was extremely friendly as well which you don’t get that often! Will be bringing my car here for the rest of time! Thank you all so much! 10/10 recommend! Best shop I’ve ever been too!
