Bad customer service! Website showed a vehicle was still available to purchase so I drove 2 hours to check out a vehicle and Waited almost 30 mins and asked for a sales person multiple times and no one showed up so I called both numbers about 6 times and nothing until 7th call and ended up that the car was sold when the website showed it was still available.

Most of the cars they sell are salvage title cars. But they are all pretty new. So no worn out parts! And the damaged parts are replaced. I have had a car I got there with 18,000 miles on it. It now has 65,000. Will is the guy to talk to!

I was shopping for a used Prius and came across Our Next Car on Auto Trader. There were before pictures of a Prius that had been in an accident, but when I went to see it the vehicle had been repaired and looked very clean. To be completely honest, I have never purchased a salvage title before and was extremely skeptical. My main concerns were regarding financing, insurance, and vehicle reliability. Ultimately, the online reviews and Will's clear answers to all my questions made me comfortable enough to go through with it. There are a lot of misconceptions when it comes to insurance title vehicles but Will was very patient and professional throughout the entire process. They use CAPA certified parts, the car is inspected by the California Highway Patrol, and they provide a warranty better than most used car dealers that gave me peace of mind. It's been over 2 months since my purchase and so far so good. Thanks Will!

I went to OurNextCar from over 150 miles away. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had, hands down. The finance company the owner sent me through had me approved within 10 minutes no joke, and no hassle in the days that followed. From when I walked on the lot knowing what I was buying, it took only 30 minutes to finalize the paperwork. They sent me some parts they promised, unlike some dealers who promise but never deliver. Most dealerships you leave feeling like they are rip-off artists and con men that you survived dealing with, but not Will and OurNextCar. The experience left me feeling and knowing that the owner is a person of integrity, is honest, committed to customer service, and though they are there to make money, I can't hep[ but know they want to serve peoples best interests in the process. In a country full of inept businesses, this one stands out in the crowd and is among the best of the best in the business. I am sharing this review across multiple sites

Found a great car here listed online. Called three times to confirm it was available. Was told all three times that the car was still available. The third time I called was less than an hour before going to see it. And wouldn't you know it, the car was not available when I arrived. Instead I was shown a car that was 3 years newer and thousands of dollars more expensive. They claimed they were "confused" by which car I meant despite clearly articulating the make, model, color, year, and price in ALL THREE calls. So my only conclusion is that these guys are either dishonest or bad at their jobs. Neither option is an especially good one.

Will is straightforward and warm. He told us about the damage and repairs made to the car, was honest about whether or not we should get an extended warranty and just overall genuine. We noticed a few issues after we drove off the lot, and Will quickly turned it around and fixed it. About a month in and we couldn't be more satisfied!

I came across a listing from Our Next Car for a 2011 Toyota Sienna with only 44K miles for $12,999, and honestly thought it had to be too good to be true. We had been hoping to find an affordable, clean, and reliable Sienna after a bad experience with a previous dealership. The same day we came in to test drive the vehicle, I told Will that we wanted to move forward with the purchase. When we returned the very next day, he already had all of the paperwork prepared and ready for us to sign. We completed the purchase that day and also dropped off two other vehicles we needed to sell, after Will let us know he could help us with that as well. Working with Will has been a completely different experience from what we’ve had elsewhere. He was honest, straightforward, and respectful of our time. The vehicle was genuinely in fantastic condition, the paperwork process was efficient, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free.
