I called on a Saturday an hour before they were closing to get my coooant tank flushed. He squeezed me in really quick and in 20 mins I was on my way. Hes the Dad we all want to fix our cars!!!!

My family and I were traveling to South Carolina from Massachusetts we had been on the road for over 13 hours we heard a noise and trembling from rear tire i can't tell you where we exited the interstate but my husband spoke with a man who actually works at P&T Automotive he gave us directions to get to the shop however a mile out from the stop my husband made a call and said we could go no further he called the shop and spoke with Paul although it was a Saturday Paul was very busy but came to where we were he noted the issue that cause him to go back go the shop for tools Paul returned and got the tire secure enough to get to the shop Paul saved our trip to continue on to visit our daughter and grandkids where we come from no repair shop would have done what Paul did he's the best and we are truly appreciative for what he did for a family from Massachusetts thank you

Knowledgeable and very hard working crew! My 01' Ford focus had major 'heart trouble' and for a long time it was jerky on inclines which I had thought was a trans-axle problem. It turned out that this issue was also in the engine so when the engine was fixed it fixed this issue too! When I got my car back it felt like it was a different, tighter car under the same old body!

I stopped by yesterday, talked to the guy he said he'd look at my car that wouldn't start if I brought it in the morning. I brought it, the woman that clearly runs the place came running out fussing about how we can't store my car there, I told her I spoke with the guy yesterday he said he would look at it possibly fix it, she went and talked to him over to the side, he said he wouldn't work on it at all, she told us we needed to leave. I believe all of this was because of the damage the car had from a deer hitting my car, but apparently they don't FIX cars there.

I got my breaks pads done and oil changed then they test drive to make sure everything is ok :) I needed my front rotors turned after they drove it. I trust Paul and the people who work for him, because if they are not good you don't work for him. Michelle is real nice to talk too and knows what she's doing when talking to customers or parts :) I appreciate the straight out talk when tell you what you need. I would everyone does cause that just shows they care.

My uncle told me about P&T and I first visited there with him in mid of last April. I've an old defected Nissan Quest 2004 which has a lot of issues and some of my friends say it's a junk and send it to junkyard but I've some close emotional relations with it and still I don't wana detach it. At my first visit, Mr Paul told me that my van got a lot of complications which I already knew about them and he also advised me to don't spend too much money on this junk vehicle. My van had heating up problem, engine oil leakage, It got stop on the road when I got it slow at lights and at turning, it sound was very weird etc. Mr Paul fixed them all but he told me that many of other problems it still have and he didn't fix them all because it'll cost me much and in a nominal budget he fixes some unavoidable issues and alongwith he did advice me that it will last in a couple of month and it's best to change a vehicle. Today on July 28th, I again did visit them after 3 months for change the engine oil with no prior appointment but he gave me time and service. The bottom line is this after a 3 months of fixing my van with recommendation for 2 month only to last, it still on road with a good picking power and some time I run it with new cars and I left them behind lol 😆. Very professional and honest team, I found there after got heavy loss from some other mechanics in a same market 👌👍. I recommend everybody to go there, Paul and his team are ultimate and one-stop solution.

I came to this establishment to have an oil pan drain plug, catalytic converter replacement. ALL DONE BEFORE 2:30 PM. Waiting for parts to be delivered was the ONLY thing we waited for. The price for everything was UNDER $700.00 this SAYS REASONABLE. Mr. Paul and His Wife are GOOD STANDING, PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. This Establishment is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. If you're having doubts about which part is the best for your vehicle (usage life/warranties) He's going to give THE BEST THERE IS.
