Bought a tire and took it to Paco to have it put on my car. The tire went flat a couple weeks after it was put on. I noticed there was a rub mark on the side of the tire that caused the tire to have a slow leak. Purchased another tire and went back to Paco to have the new one put on (same front passenger side) and the same rub mark was on the tire. My tire has gone flat AGAIN. I do not recommend this place unless you already have a good standing relationship with Paco. Seems like they pick and choose who they like to help. Thank God I was not on the highway while the tire was going flat. Could have had a blow out with my new baby in the car. *Make sure to check any tires you have put in by Paco*

Gave me a set price of $30 to replace a valve stem on my truck tire. Went to check out and they charged me $50. Didn't have the time or effort to argue. So I just paid it. I'll never go back. People are dishonest.

These folks understand service. Never have I felt so welcomed going in to get a tire. Everyone was so pleasant and went the extra mile ( even going out to my car to get the old tire). This place is great, the staff is honest and knowledgeable, they will work with you and take care of you like family. He also has lower prices than other places on the area. Some of his tire brands are not the ones you see on TV however if you do your research and read customer testimonials for the tires he has in stock you will see that they rate as well or better than the famous brands. Paco's tires will be my go to shop for tires and I've already referred him to family.

Originally I came in a couple weeks ago just to have my tires looked at because pacos tires always has quality tires and is the only place in concord I will go get a used tire from and the service I received was wonderful! They even looked at my car for me because I was having issues with my 2017 dodge van. It was making this terrible noise turns out I needed motor mounts and David was very helpful in giving a fair price and my car is now driving so much better! With a 2 year warranty! Amazing people!!

The services is unmatched at both locations. I used them for my small dealership and my construction vehicles. I got a set of all terrain in 35x12.50r20 (in this picture) for 1300 installed. That amazing considering shattered cost now. I had one tire that was needed .5 ounces more weight. I brought it in for a balance. The found the need then insisted on rebalancing them all. Where does that happen? I’ll tell you, Pacos Tires!!

Spoke with the manager prior to bringing in my vehicle to have the factory wheels replaced with aftermarket wheels on the same tires. I was quoted $105. Once they pulled my vehicle in the manager came up to me and said “you didn’t tell me the wheels were new” I explained to him that he never asked me that question and assumed it was normal to bring in new wheels for mounting. He said they would have to replace all the valve stems at $35 a piece because the wheels were new. I kindly left the establishment without letting them work on my vehicle and found another tire shop that charged me $111 out the door for everything.

I took my vehicle here suggested my my wife and decided to give it a shot. I got 4 tires mounted and returned for an alignment. When the tires were mounted my car drove worse than it for before installing 4 new tires and even worse after my alignment. I brought my car to my certified Honda mechanic and was told the tires weren't mounted correctly and the alignment wasn't done correctly either to the specifications of the car . Now I have a bent tie rod that needs to be replaced, you're that need to be re mounted and an alignment that needs to be done correctly. I'm not discouraging anyone from going here but I know I won't be back. Was also told I need a rack and pinion but that far from the truth. Due to the mis mounted tires it bent my driver's side tie rod. Great people but they need to be more focused on the task at hand so nothing like this happens again.
