Paupenhausen is the best mechanic I've ever gone too he fixes everything the right way, and timely. You can call him, drop it off and unless it's a transmission swap or some weird part it'll be ready that day. My friends sister drive without oil for a while and we thought her head gasket was blown, fully expecting an expensive fix. He looked at it added some oil and it was fine, could have totally ripped us off but he's not that kind of mechanic.

I purchased a value card from a door salesperson and was happy to hear it was valid. Used it for the first time today for a free oil change and fluid top off. I drive a 2011 Prius and paid a little extra beyond the free service for full synthetic, which is fine by me. The customer service I was given and quick turn around time was awesome. I’m very happy to report all went well and I will be back! Thanks!

Richard is a very honest mechanic. He's got a "country boy" mannerism. Very hospitable. He is very quick and informative. I've been bringing my vehicles to him for service and repairs for the past few years. He doesn't waste your time or money. If it's not worth fixing he will let you know.
