The manager Abe and the rest of the staff are helpful and trustworthy people. I have been there several times to get small repairs done on my jeep and each time they have worked to try and keep my cost down and been quick with the repairs. They do good work everything is running great and were open about every step in the process. In one instance they actually recommended that I do a small repair myself rather than taking my business. This saved me about 100 bucks but cost them that amount. Probably a good deal for them as they gained a loyal customer. It is nice to know there is a local shop you can trust.

Had Luis mount some tires that I purchased from Priority Tire for my 34 year old Mustang GT convertible. No one in town had much of a selection of 15" tires. Pep Boys is a recommended installer , & they didn't disappoint. Luis checked my power steering fluid, & told me that it needed changing. I did remember that it was pretty nasty last time I checked it, so they flushed the system & filled it with fresh fluid. I can always depend on Luis ,& his team to take care of me for a fair price.

The BEST customer service you can possibly find! I need a simple job, fix my tire. It didn’t matter how small the job was, or if it would even generate a charge. Luis was extremely helpful, nice, welcoming, and took care of the issue within minutes! Peter helped fixing my tire, and he was also extremely nice and knowledgeable about the issue. I’ve been using Pep Boys for over 30 years and today I had a very unpleasant experience. I got to the store at 1 o’clock today and the gentleman was helping another customer. He said it would be just a couple minutes. Four minutes ended up being around 20 minutes. I finally went to the clerk and asked him if I could get out by 2 o’clock still giving them you know initially one full hour to work on my car and he said no and then I said should I reschedule my appointment he said yes. I I was just rudely treated. Now I am on my way to Mida’s. Oh well I guess Oep Boys is a ha been for me. Place to buy my tires and brakes all I can do

My car decided to give me a hard time the weekend before Christmas. First, my hood would not latch properly. I drove to Pep Boys as soon as they opened. Luis was already outside and I explained the situation, he had Pete come and check it out and he did his magic and the hood was locked and ready to go. Then the next day, I woke up to a flat tire, brought it right over to Luis again. Pete was there too and we found the hole and unfortunately the tire was not repairable. Luis helped me find good and affordable tires and they changed my tires pretty quickly - on a SUNDAY afternoon. The reason for my 5 star review was due to the kindness and compassion Pete and Luis showed, felt like I was working with honest people and no BS. If you're in a bind with your vechicle give Pep Boys on Summit a call.

I called and explained I had a flat and was driving on a donut. I asked if they could check my tire to see if it could be repaired. Louis said sure bring it in. 10 minutes later I was at the shop and Pete greeted me and took a look at the tire. He showed me there was a screw in it and it could be repaired. He immediately took the tire, repaired it, and replaced the donut with it. The charge for was...$0 dollars! I was truly surprised!!! When the time comes to get a new set of tires, I will be talking to Louis and Pete. Thank you for taking care of me.

Great service all around. I got a flat tire and the local spot I go to for my car services was unfortunately closed on Sunday. I'd like to first state that even before I walked inside, I already made the assumption that this company is too corporate and that they would upsell me on everything. I was wrong. The gentleman in the front desk was very polite, courteous, and professional. I let them know about my flat tire and they quickly got to work. The service was fast, the coffee was good and the prices were very fair. I will do my best not to make assumptions anymore. Thank you for everything!
