Had my check engine light on and took it there twice, only to be charged $500 twice check engine light still came on, so took it somewhere else and had it fixed, and the check engine light has not come back on, so no more taking my car to Perfection Tire on Northwest Blvd

They had my vehicle for 29 days. Check engine light still comes on. Was okay with all that! Less than one week later problem with my fuel pump. That they replaced it leaks. Unbelievable.3 weeks later,after getting front end work,alignment is out of sack. Now I'm taking it to different Perfection tire .only to be told that now I need 2 new tires!!

Ladies, DO NOT go here!! These men are scammers. I was told they couldn't do an alignment because I needed a $300 part first. When in fact I did not. I left and took my car somewhere else, explained the situation to the new mechanic, and got what I needed without paying an extra $300 (fun fact: the part I didnt even need only cost $127). Horrible service. I wish I could rate worse..

Bought an Acura rdx yesterday from Egon. We ran the code scanner on it and it came back showing no codes. We drove it home and had no problems. We took it out a little later and drove it around some more, and the check engine light came on for emissions. So we believe they cleared the computer. Today leaving work the car wouldn't start due to a faulty connection to the battery. This dude is a scammer. Don't trust him to sell you a car. He likes to play the nice old man, but is literally the devil in disguise.

This is the best tire/auto shop I have done business with. Todd, the manager, was great to work with and very knowledgeable about tires & cars. I brought in my 4runner to have new tires installed, which were all done within a very timely manner. I met Dan, the technician who was very knowledgeable, friendly, & hard working. But he still had time to answer my questions. I did have a couple tires that wouldn't balance so Todd immediately ordered some new ones that were there the very next day. He got me right in and Dan installed the tires and I was on my way. I am very happy to have found this shop where everyone is honest and very helpful. I recommend this automotive/ tire shop to everyone!

Great service! These guys are honest and straight forward about what is going on and how much it will cost. They serviced my car back in October. I told them I was going to be driving cross country, and needed it looked over because I hadn't felt very safe in it for years. I'd taken it in to other shops before, and they usually just disregarded my concerns or did some work and said it was fixed but it still had the same issues. The manager took the time to walk through what the consequences were if I did or didn't elect to do each service at the time. He also showed me what was wrong with my car, and what was causing the sounds I was hearing. Not only did I feel much safer in my car after they worked on it, but I drove over 3,000 miles in 3.5 days, changing across multiple climates, with no issues at all. My car feels new again! These guys are really amazing!

As someone who prefers to do my own work and has a hard time trusting mechanics, the employees at this location have earned my full respect and confidence. We had just spray painted a set of rims and they went above and beyond to ensure they were not damaged when mounting a new set of tires. They were then 100% honest about the exact work needed in order to fully align a rusty 21 year old Subaru and never tried to upsell us any junk like air filters or belts! They allowed us to supply our own parts, and now the car looks great and drives perfectly straight for a very reasonable price. They currently have the best 4-wheel alignment price in town at $90! Lastly, they explained how if we waited another week we could get an additional rebate on a set of snow tires, which we will be going back for soon. I highly recommend stopping by and talking to these virtuous gentlemen because they have more options in person than what is on their website.

Bought 4 new, 50000 mile tires about 3.5 years ago. I noticed both front tires were almost bald and 1 going flat. When I went back to store, the desk gentleman told me my warranty was void because I never came in for rotations. I had to ask him to pump tire back up so I could get home. I asked about the mileage and the tires had about 22000 miles on the tires. I was handed a price for 2 new tires w no discount. None of my previous tires, that I never rotated, wore like these tires. Had alignment checked and it's good. I'll go elsewhere for new tires. Cold/rude service both times I've been there. Invoice#1-129775

Eggor is a fraud. I bought a car outright and it lasted less than 40 miles before the transmission died on us while driving. While a new born in the car. For a auto dealership and a repair shop they should be more diligent about checking if the car they buy from a auction actually works properly before they try to sell it to anyone. I'm extremely disappointed from this experience. For someone who acts like such a nice man he is more concerned with making money than the safety and satisfaction of his customers. He even threw a little temper tantrum when he had to give us our money back since the information wasn't processed to the dmv yet.

Jesse the store manager did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need and Evan explained and even showed me the difference of tire and what would be the safest tire for my area ( I live where it heavily snows). Charles is awesome with customer service, even when I was running late for my appointment due to the snow. I drive 30 miles to this shop from my home because of the confidence I have in their work knowledge and work ethics. Thanks Guy’s! Great job!

I will always go back to Perfection Tire on Northwest because of their honesty! Went in today for alignment, balance and rotation and they called to let me know my car didn't need an alignment and just needed the rotation and balancing. Hard to find a place that is honest and doesn't just say your car needed something when it didn't. They were also very quick and professional. They've got a new happy customer!
