paul's dad is cool as hell, took my new model y cause i keep losing psi on dash but external sensor said its fine, took them 5 mins to find the issue and the repair was so quick he didnt even charge me, gave the guy a nice tip for the nice gesture. a+ would def use them from now on.

my 2021 Tesla model 3 was scratched by a truck, i was so upset and brought over my car to Paul Petrone, spoke to the son, Paul, he is so friendly, honest, generous and professional. He told me it only needed a "polish" job with a 90% normal. It came out perfect! it was a short wait even. I can't believe it , he did it for free!!

I almost never wrote reviews for anyone but the service at Paul Patrone was so exceptional that I feel strongly I need to let others know about the shop and how wonderful they are. I had my Tesla model X fixed at the shop because of a minor car accident couple months back and the work was done marvelously. There were some dents that Paul was not sure but they were able to fixed all of them. The car was so beautiful when I picked up since they really cleaned inside and polished the outside. I noticed a very minor imperfection in the reflector which came from Tesla and Paul assured me that he'd order a replacement and I'd just come by to have it replaced. Today we took the car back and it just happened that the 2nd row seat was stuck in the 45 degree and Paul said he would attempt to fix it. The car was ready in no time and the 2nd row seats were fixed. Paul has done such an impressive work on my car that I feel overwhelmingly obligated to write this review. I absolutely would strongly recommend this shop to anyone who needs the work on his/her cars.

Paul at Petrone body shop his team were fantastic. Great Service -and timing was perfect he helped me do my insurance claim and helped me with my rental from enterprise. They made my Tesla look brand new and the quality is better than when i first got the car i recommend them 10/10
