After 30 years of trusting my cars (1969 Camaro, Honda Pilot, and Mercury Montego) to Precision Alignment and Brake, I thought I should write a review. Scott and his team are top-notch mechanics and technicians. Their knowledge of what it takes to keep both classic and modern cars rolling down the road safe and true to the road is encyclopedic. Scott has always been spot-on in diagnosing suspension issues, been patient in answering questions, and has made all the necessary repairs (brakes, alignment, shocks, etc) without any problems recurring thereafter. Brand parts used for my repairs have been true to spec, and his pricing is very fair. Lastly, Scott and his team really love what they do, and what they do shows up in the quality of their work. No need to look elsewhere for an alignment and brake shop. Go to Precision Alignment and Brake.

took my cobra mustang in for alignment.. they never tightened rear tie rod ends, both sides . Both nuts almost fell off. excessive grease all over the rear suspension.. no attempt to clean off grease. what would have happened had bolts fallen off ????

This review is way over due. I brought my truck there a couple years back after 3 other shops couldn’t figure out why it leaned and they figured it out and fixed it in 45 minutes and $55 later it was good to go!! Their experience and knowledge is far better than any shop I have ever been to. The prices are more than fair which speaks to their honesty and integrity. Great group of mechanics, I own an Audi SQ5 and had a quote from the dealership for nearly $5,000! I was not about to be scammed, I spoke with Chris and he did confirm I needed brakes and rotors also helped me figure out a brand to replace them with. I ordered the parts and brought them in, everything was smooth and done professionally but I had a terrible squeak from the front brakes. Their team checked my vehicle twice even went as far as to redo them completely (no new parts) still the squeak continued. I contacted the distributor and received a warranty claim thanks to Chris, the new pads are on and no more squeak, clearly had a defective set; they even turned the rotors on the front before installing the new pads. Really appreciate everything they did, excellent work, above and beyond on customer service. Oh, and they also did my alignment which was needed even though the dealership said they did it under warranty yet it was still off by ~3 degrees. Working with their team saved me a significant amount of money and time , I really appreciate everything! Thank you

Don’t expect to get greeted with a smile. the way they assisted me after waiting in line was saying “what’s up” I believe that’s the owner . all of that aside they do great work and make sure they do it right before you take your truck !they took extra time on my truck and gave me a fair price definitely go back here ! Regardless of the bedside manner! Also, the shop is really cool definitely car people. And a family business, I would say thanks again.

Got my 2006 Lexus is250 dialed in, adjustable Upper control arms in the front and adjustable rear camber arms , got my camber dialed in to the specs I want and toe set too! I took my Ford E-450 super duty Class C motorhome there to have them put in a castor kit to help improve the handling. I wanted to increase the castor beyond spec, and most shops I contacted were willing to align it, but they wouldn't do anything other than spec. Precision has a lot of experience with motorhomes and trucks, and knew what I wanted. They also had castor kits in stock! In addition they replaced some worn bushings and added zerc grease fittings to the ball joints. They had it for two days, and it wasn't cheap, but they did exactly what I wanted and it does drive quite a lot better. I'm well pleased and wish that I had done it sooner. Thank you Precision!

This place is awesome. They know how to take of their customers from the front door to the back door. There technician Chris was polite and knows his stuff. He called me letting me know what he found and fixed it. Took it for a test drive and called me to come down and drive it as well to make sure I was happy. He said he would adjust anything I needed as I waited but all was good. I can’t be more empresses with their work their price. Customer for life and will spread the word to all my car clubs.
