I like their integrity and genuineness. They do full diagnostic of a car at an affordable price. They tell you exactly what is wrong with your car and what has to be done and how much it will cost. And they'll not pressure you. They let you compare their quotation with other shops and will let you make your own decision even if you want to use another mechanic of your choice.

This place is a JOKE! We took our car to this shop because they were a shop that could work on Jettas in the area. Welp we took it to them beginning of March 2024….didn’t get the car back until the end of July 2024!!! All we needed was a new bumper and hood. When the car was dropped off, we were told it would take 7 days to complete so after we hadn’t heard anything for almost 2 months, my husband went down to the shop (because they don’t answer their phone) and asked about the status of the car. We were told then that they hadn’t even started working on it yet because they hadn’t received the payment. Well a phone call to let us know that they didn’t receive the payment from the insurance would have been NICE so we could get the work started! Fast forward to a few days later when they received the payment. We were told by Damien that it would be done in 5-7 days and that was April 30th. So after those 7 days, we still didn’t hear anything so my husband went down there again and we were told that the part didn’t come in so we were still waiting because AGAIN, they DID NOT communicate with us unless my husband went down there in person. So that happened at the beginning of May and we didn’t get the car back until the end of July so you can piece together the rest of the BS that we had to deal with. During the time we they had our car, they had it outside in the elements WITH NO BUMPER ON IT! As visual proof of this, when my husband went to check on it, there were animal prints all over the exterior of the car. Once we got the car back, we had to take it to the VW dealership because the AC wasn’t working anymore and the check engine light was on. It was going to cost us $3000 to fix what Damien and his crew messed up while our car was in their possession. So unless you want your car to be in worse shape than when you dropped it off, do not take it to this garbage dump of a “car shop.” The customer service is the worst and the “work” they do could have been done better by my 6 year old because he knows more about cars than these jokers.

Damien really is Mile Highs FAVORITE Mechanic.! He always has appointments available within a reasonable amount of time. His prices are fair and he gets repairs done in a timely manner. Damien has built his shop up from the back of a truck as a mobile mechanic. His team is amazing and it is a family owned business. I promise you will not regret making Prestige your new place for all your mechanical needs!

After 2 mechanics turned me down, Damien and his crew took on the challenge of getting my old rusted p.o.s running safely. The diagnostic evaluation was extremely detailed with transparency I haven't ever experienced at a mechanic. Photos and descriptions of each issue were texted to me in an easy to understand format with pricing for each individual repair. The price was more than fair and these guys worked late into the night getting everything done. Seriously can not recommend them enough, I'll never go anywhere else.

One of few places that is true to its name. I have taken 2 of my vehicles for repairs, both times I have been more than satisfied with the services provided. It is EXTREMELY hard to find a good mechanic, this is why I have learned to do most my maintenence and repairs myself. But finally I found I place I trust. Terrible experience gave me anxiety. I had an appointment to bring my truck in. They had my truck for TWO WEEKS and NEVER did and inspection or a repair. Not sure why I needed to make an appointment. When Damian FINALLY did the inspection he sent over a bogus estimate.. EVERYTHING on it was TWICE as much. $1500 for front end work on ONE SIDE . I ended up getting the work done for a 1/4 of the cost he wanted to charge me. I believe they were using my vehicle for a personal vehicle because when I picked my Truck up the gas tank was half empty. Wouldn't recommend.

My CV joint was messed up on my car for as long as I’ve had it. I’d gotten pretty accustomed to the ticking sound every time I turned. Long story short, I finally got it in the shop to be replaced. Damian replaced my CV joint and did an oil change on my truck. Very happy to report there’s no more ticking when I turn! My car has never been so quiet. Damian did a great job! He quoted me a day or two to do the work, but finished early. I am very impressed with the overall service and will come back the next time I need anything done. Thanks Damian!

Hello went to them and was supposed get a diagnostic test and he never did one or did he NEVER EVEN LOOKED UNDER THE HOOD! What mechanic don’t look under the hood! What I went in for was cause was haven’t issues starting, he said he fix something in the back under my car. If had did a real diagnostic test he would have known what the problem was and still charged me $500 for nothing and he said he will not give me my money back. Cause my car still having trouble starting! Don’t go to this shop at all!!! And I will be doing a report with BBB

Damien, the owner and mechanic, followed up with a personal call and asked thoughtful questions that showed genuine concern for my car's issue and my financial situation. He gave me clear options and even shared pictures to verify his diagnosis, making sure he was very transparent in every step. The pricing was fair, especially compared to a previous quote for brake pad replacements from Big O Tires, and I now plan to bring all my cars to this location.

I’m giving two stars because it’s Black History Month, however I will not be coming back here. As a black single mother, I would hope that other black businesses wouldn’t try to swindle another black single woman.. This place was no different. The owner of this establishment took $450 of my Single mama money just to tell me my car would not work. I was going from one car Repair shop to another and they were telling me the same thing and I went to this spot because I was recommended and I thought he could have done something to help me with my car… However homeboy decided to take my money just to tell me my car wasn’t worth saving. You could’ve told Me that before taking $450 of my money!! I thought you were a Christian… but Apparently not! My car’s engine blew up on the highway with my whole entire family in there!! Yes, I did purchase my vehicle from a police auction, however I would’ve just appreciated the honesty of telling me the truth without me having to spend $450… The first inspection was $120, and then I ended up spending an additional $300… Very disappointed, and I will not be coming back here once I get a working vehicle.
