I bought a used tire from Promos and found out it was bad. It had a knot on the inside and causing my vehicle to shake at 50 mph. Never going back. Unless I buy new tires

Awful rating. Scratched my rim, bent my hubcap so bad it doesn’t close. Bought used tires for 47$ a peice and one of those had gone flat by the time I got home so I took it back up there the next day, they said they patched it. About two weeks later it goes flat again so I take it to discount because they scratched my rim pretty bad and bent my hub cap out of shape. And they said the flat was caused by a slash in the sidewall and that there was a patch on this same slash so they actually sold me a tire that they patched the sidewall on. Took it to primos tires to see what they could do and the old guy that bosses around the underage kids that work there just gave me attitude and refused to help. Awful experience.

It's very comforting knowing this is one of very few places open on a Sunday. I had a low tire and the owner (I assume) was very rude saying what do you want us to do. A worker there took off my tire and aired it up and said there was a nail in it and put a plug in it. (I would never use a plug). Charged me for the supposed plug and which they didn't do because I checked the tire and for the air.... and yes they did offer a used tire for $40, which in someone else's review the owner claims they do not have anything that low. They are an ok place but definitely not anything impressive or a place I would recommend

Friendly & open on sundays! I woke up to a flat tire on my driver side, most auto shops are not open on sundays & I drove by this place after putting my spare on to get a new tire. They had me in & out in about 30 minutes or less. Friendly staff & reasonable prices.

Besides friendly, they know their stuff. I had a car that needed an oil change but I hit a deer and was waiting on the insurance appraisal. I couldn't wait for the insurance to fix the damages, the car was still running, and I needed the oil change. When I took it, the hood was stuck, and I thought they would not want to do the oil change (several friends told me some mechanic s would not want to do an oil change due to the damage the to the front of the car) ...but thank God they unstuck the hood, did the oil change. They fixed the latched, I was able to watch it and unlatch it. So very grateful!!! I wanted them to fix my car after I heard back from the appraisal...In the past I have gotten used tires from them, and they last a long time, and they never try to hassle you or like to you. Honesty is greatly appreciated. At the end, my car got total....but, this is definitely a place to get honest work at a fair price. As far as I know, they do alignments, oil changes, used and new tires and other works.

I used to give them a 5 star for being quick and fair but the other day I came in to have my tires switched out and because my back 2 were incorrect, I had to research them back....long story short, I was charged initially 50 and then extra 20 to switch back the 2 tires... So $70 later, I still had to get another set of tires..I felt like an idiot. I was told I was the 3rd customer of the day ( and it was near closing).......so what does that mean, overcharge me because their having a bad slump on sales? I've been going there since it first opened...now, I don't think I'll do business here again. I found a place just down the street on university drive next to Pedro's tinting. They were very nice and quick
