Called 2 weeks ago for an estimate of a transmission rebuild and was given a price that was not very expensive but very fair and was told that if it was a little more money involved it would not be that much more and they would notify me and let me know which was very decent and that they would get it back to me as soon as possible and it only took a few days and it runs better than ever they have very good customer service and they stand behind their service Jonathan Self a customer satisfied

Quality Transmission did a great follow up job with the extended warranty and I rode them pretty much trying to find out what was taking so long and even though I'm not easy to go for the okeydoke they or should i say Dee or Derrick kept me posted if you can keep him i would say Dee is great person you need more tech's like him thanks Dee Dee good looking out Brother Sugar Bear

Had my gfs car worked on here and paid almost $3000 to get it fixed and a week later I had the same problem again. I will not be going back to this company ever again. The owner Travis is very disrespectful and unprofessional. Horrible service

While traveling from Va my car started acting weird. Stopped by the 1st shop I saw open . He charged me $72 to tell me my transmission was going bad ......sounded kinda shady , I used Google and found Quality Transmissions. ....ended up it was a vehicle speed sensor . $179 later and Mike and his crew had me back on the road . It's nice to find someone that doesn't try to rip you off .

I love bringing my car here for any services I need. They are very friendly and answer any questions I have. They are not like most shops, that make you feel as if they are going to get over on you and make you pay a ridiculous amount for something that did not need to be done in the first place. I went to them five or six months ago and they fixed my transmission for me a 2005 Dodge Dakota. 4 months after the reverse stopped working and I had a year warranty so I took it back to them and after week two I gave them a call to figure out how long would it take and what’s the problem, she told me they are working to fix it. I gave them two more weeks before I call again and she said they same thing and said someone would call me back no one ever called me back. I called the next week and my phone calls started to go to voicemail so I had a couple other people call no response. This pass week I got off of work early I pulled up to the shop and someone else was placing there name on the business so I asked what happened and he said they went out of business so I asked what about the warranty and he said there is nothing I can do because we are new owners and we have to call everyone and tell them to come and pick there cars up. Now I am trying to find a way to get in touch with them so that way I can take my truck to somewhere else and have it repaired. If they would have just told me we could have handle the situation but I never received a response so now I’m waiting on a lawyer to call back and tell me what my next steps are.

Went to get my transmission repaired and a new clutch kit installed. It took 2 1/2 weeks for the repair. The transmission seems to be working but the there is a hum when in idle but goes away when you press the clutch. I took it back 5 times for them to check, the first time the mechanic said he heard it but that noise it would go away in 500 miles or so, the second time Mark the owner said he heard it and would take care of it; each of those instances they had my car for about a week each time. The fourth and fifth time I took my car back to have that noise checked out and each time they would check parked in front of the first shop door with the garage door open and the music blasting and they said the did't hear anything and there was nothing wrong with it. I took it to another transmission shop in town and right away they heard the noise, said it could be a bearing in the clutch and were surprised by the noise because it was a new clutch. The office manager was extremely rude and difficult to deal with and Mark the owner would not answer his phone. I paid $1931.00 for the transmission repair and $290.00 for the clutch kit. The 12 month / 12,000 mile warranty isn't worth anything if they don't address the issues. I would NOT recommend this place, take your chances some where else.

The owner constantly denies every honest negative review. My dad is a veteran who was treated poorly by the owner. My vehicle still isn't repaired after the 3rd time. I have to take my vehicle to another transmission shop because by the time I get home a check engine light comes on "transmission component slipping" They expect customers to keep coming back everyday for them to keep resetting the check engine light instead of fixing the actual transmission. I do not recommend this company. Accurate Transmission Center is more reliable, honest, and provides good customer service.

Wife took a vacation without me and broke down out of state, the car (a 2004 Acura tl) was towed there and honestly we were a little worried as we haven't had the best of luck with shops in our hometown especially with the wife being on her own. Right away I knew we had the car taken to the right place as the owner Mike assured her and myself the car would be fixed within a few days for a very reasonable price. The car was done within two days and has been doing wonderful since. I highly recommend this business for its honesty, communication, and outstanding service.

2010 Subaru Outback 6mt was making noises when engaging clutch. Spoke with owner Mike. Asked for a quote and timeline of the most it could possibly cost. Without taking it apart he explained what the potential problems could be and the maximum it would cost using original manufacturer parts. The whole repair took no longer than 3 days from start to finish mainly because of waiting on parts to come in. Excellent! Once he took the clutch apart he took pictures and explained exactly what went wrong because I wanted to be informed. Communication was Excellent. Pricing was definitely fair and I know I saved money because the Dealership wanted to charge at least 2x more for a complete clutch repair. Car will be brought back for inspection in 2 weeks to verify integrity of repairs per repair shop request. My experience with this auto transmission repair shop was exceptional on par with the local dealership in customer service and a value helping me save some money. Thank you Mike and your team.
