My 2015 F150 platinum was in need of some repairs and the dealership quoted $5600. I did not feel I needed that extensive type of repair or cost. Roger at Rio imports repair was recommended to me by a good friend. I was not disappointed as Roger fixed what needed to be fixed and told me why the other parts were not needed. Truck runs great at a fraction of the cost. Roger at Rio have been in business many years. Very honest and accurate repair shop. I had taken my vehicle to a mechanic who misdiagnosed the issue and would not work on Imports. Roger’s shop was recommended by another mechanic whom my daughter utilizes and trusts (also does not work on Imports.) Roger assessed the problem and had my vehicle completed within the same day. He also had factured in his quote the cost of a part he thought he may have needed yet he did not have to utilize. I appreciated his honesty to deduct this from the original quote. My family and I came down to FL to visit for the holidays. On the way down we were having some issues with our Tahoe. Once we got into Clearwater we searched for a shop and found Rio. We spoke to Roger and he was able to diagnose that we needed a new transmission. He was able to track a new one down and was able to sneak us in before they closed the shop for the holidays! We are so thankful because he was able to save us from having to get a rental and flights back home until the truck was ready.
