Not the same owner/ operator that was there for so many years . Prices are not compatible with other retailers. Hard to get state inspection done in a timely manner .

I actually was recommended to this place ! Got there the first day told me they way busy and come back in morning for inspection, came back next morning I can tell the energy was off , the owner asked a couple guys If they could do my inspection and they looked at me with disgust in there eyes and the only reason I can think is because I was a black man , anyway I was told again they was busy and it was only 4 cars on the lot but I can tell by the body language these guy don’t like servicing a black Man’s car 🤷🏾‍♂️

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Super friendly very professional. Took my car in for a inspection and needed a new motor mount. Dropped it off that evening and was ready in just a few hours. Gave me a quote and was even under what was quoted. Really caring company/family. Definitely recommend.

The BEST car experience I have ever had. I am just your typical not car smart girl. Typically I am terrified to go to car places because I know they are going to be rude and make me feel dumb. But Robert’s was truly amazing. I just went for an oil change and tire rotation, but they remembered who I was when I showed up (I had called) and completely took care of it. Did not make me feel dumb for not knowing the answers to questions, just made decisions for me, knowing what was best for the car. Truly such a good experience.

Honest! That should say enough. Got the car in the day after I called. Within hours gave me a fair estimate. Done the next day under the estimated price. I had leaking oil and speedometer issues. Gasket and sensor replaced. I've found my new shop. 6/23/2023 I was hearing a noise that sounded like a "clank" (small) when the differential switched between forward and reverse. Brought it in and the gentleman looked it over, inspecting possible problem spots. Nothing wrong. I tried to demonstrate the sound and it would not cooperate every time. We decided to wait and see if it becomes more prominent and consistent. No charge for the time and expertise to inspect my car for problems. Would not let me pay. Good people. 8/24/2023 Got the inspection completed. A small light was out and they simply replaced it and passed the car. $27.50 for inspection and light. I only had $25. He said, "Don't worry about the $2.50." I found $2.50 in quarters in my ashtray. Cannot say enough good things about this station and the people.

Honest work and a REAL repair shop! I had an alternator go bad traveling south on I81 on the way home from a 1200 mile road trip. I found Robert's Auto & Truck Service using this/maps & called. After literally rolling in the parking lot with our vehicle coasting, Robert worked us in, staying late for a repair at a fair price. We were good to go (and all good for the rest of the trip) within hours. I am not someone who usually hires out any kind of mechanical repair and I am picky about who I let work on something when I do. 100% trust in Robert's Auto/Truck. This is a shop that's honest, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and willing to put in the work to get things done right. I assure you, this is a rare combination these days. If you're in the area and need auto service, look no further. Really.

Where do I even begin to thank Robert's'? We were on a family vacation with four kids driving home to Delaware from Tennessee. Halfway into our 12 hour ride home, my Kia broke down on 81, in the middle of a rainstorm, at 4pm on a Friday. We tried several other local shops and no one would help us until Monday or Tuesday. This wonderful owner saw us right away, diagnosed the car, ordered the part came in to help us as soon as he could on a morning he wasn't even open to get us back on the road. He saved our family and we will be forever grateful to him! I don't know what we would have done! Thank you for the honest service when we were in a time of need.
