Wow, what a rude little man Rod is. Completely unprofessional and has quite a mouth on him. I would not do business with this guy. He doesn’t care about his customers he only cares about that dollar. Go else where for service.

Awful experience... Swore at my partner when we dared question why his drunk employee was berating us the previous evening and telling us we were "last on the totem pole" for service. He told us his employee is allowed to drink after work..... Well he is coming into contact with the public so that's not "after work"?! So saddening to already be struggling and be treated like we are nothing, not even human. Guy seems very stressed out like a loose cannon. My daughter couldn't believe it

I've been getting everything fixed by Rod for years... near a decade I think. Always fixed on time and he's always up front and honest about the costs beforehand... Never steered me wrong. They've even fixed what other mechanics screwed me on and showed me where they went wrong. I don't make decisions about cars or repairs without at least stopping in to talk to Rod or one of his guys.

I highly recommend NOT to do business with Rob's Automotive regarding UHAUL pickups. The guy is an excruciatingly disrespectful nitwit! He told me, "you have a lot of questions, and I can't spend 15 minutes answering your questions." What kind of service is this? As a customer and him being a business, his job is to respect his customers when the customer is asking good questions and is being polite. Stay away from Rod's Automotive regarding your UHAUL service. The guy has no discipline or manners.

Seemed like a reasonable and personable guy. He didn't find the issue with my car but was decent and only charged me $20 for looking at it even though it was there for a few hours. When I drove it home something looked off but I couldn't put my finger on it. It wasn't till the next day that I noticed my windshield fluid was only spraying on one side and my wiper was bumping on the hood. When I got to work I open the hood to find my brake fluid reservoir covering completely off. You might chalk it up to a "simple mistake" but I call it carelessness, not a great trait for a mechanic to have. This really concerns me about other things they may have forgotten to put back together, not someone I feel like I can rely on. Needless to say I cannot recommend Rod's Automotive.

Went to Rod's just for an inspection. Rod himself treats you like your his favorite and most important customer. VERY POLITE and great personality. If he treats a customer that way that's just having a simple inspection I can only imagine how he is when someone gets some work done on their vehicle. Going to ROD'S AUTOMOTIVE is highly recommended.

Rod was a really nice guy but I ended up having to bring my car back twice after his mechanic replaced all my rotors and brake pads. I would not recommend going here to get your brakes done, but they were very nice to deal with.

Honest mechanics and business! I have been customer for 3 yrs and have had great pricing & maintenance on all of families cars. Brakes, tuneup, oil changes, electrical, exhaust, and Rods will fix issues and they make sure you are on road safely. Also have referred several people. Rod and Steve were wicked helpful, super nice and very knowledgeable. I was in the process of buying a used car in town from elsewhere and took it to them for a Pre Purchase Inspection. The fit me in at 4:00 on short notice and thoroughly went thru everything. They charged $50 which is extremely fair, told me what needed to be done ASAP, what could wait a few days, and what will need to be fixed down the line. Would highly recommend, if I was from around here they'd be my mechanic for life after this interaction.

I’ve gone to Rod’s for everything from U-Haul rentals to inspections, routine maintenance and repairs over the years. I’ve always been very pleased with his quality of work and honest/fair prices. My vehicles have had some quirky repair needs and Rod and his team have always been able to quickly diagnose the problem and make the repairs. On one occasion, I needed to have my car towed to his garage for an unexpected repair. He shuffled his day and workload around to make sure there was a bay open when the tow truck arrived and he got the job done quickly. I wouldn’t bring my vehicle anywhere else. Plus, Rod is a genuinely nice person which is an added bonus. Highly recommend!
