We were not informed beforehand that they didn’t do free estimates, and on our behalf we did not ask. So lesson learned for us. To check to see what was going on with our air conditioner in our truck, that took 10 mins or less they changed 40$ . Ok fine but they didn’t ring it up or give a reciet, I’m not sure if this is a shady employee or a business practice. I will call and see, just for furture reference, but we will not be back if this is the way they run this business. So this is a fair warning to all unexpected customers, which we didn’t get that opportunity.

Took my 94 Delica there to troubleshoot a misfire. Even though it’s a weird JDM import they took it no problem and fixed it with new plugs and wires. Very communicative and fair on pricing. Took the time to make sure they had the right parts and did things correctly. Will definitely come back for future needs.

They did a Motor mount and four months after the motor mount. My car is back doing the same thing I paid them $1300 they did not do all my Motor mounts if they did any, they just took my money and tighten old motor mounts on my motor then my phone charger got stolen out of my car by one of the employees when I asked, where was it they said it was never in there they are pathetic stealing people items and taken money at first they try to gain your trust before they start stealing from you

For $20 engine coolant hose and $9 engine coolant they asked $360 after I refused manager try to charge $60 for diagnose WTH I know what is problem and where problem. When I don't go with there plan they intentionally try to blow my car engine with full Speed A.C and keep engine running without engine coolant. And they didn't installed engine shield. They keep shield and refused they don't have. Manger and his employe both looks greedy by face. I never ever go again

I bought a jeep grand cherokee and had a bad water pump took it back to my to the dealership and they placed another one, come to find out that was bad I had a long trip coming up went to rogers garage they ended up replacing it with a new one and fixing other issues and I was able to do it the same day and make my trip. I HIGHLY recommend going to them for regular maintenance and repairs they really took care of us. Haven't had issues since !

good guy, does the work at the time and price we talked about before hand. I had no other issues other than what was needed, and he was very upfront about if something unforseen comes up he would call me before anything was done so I would have been aware of the issue. they did a thorough test of my SUV and talked with me about anything they noticed. Lastly, his hours are great as well since most places are closed by time I get off of work. Thanks for all your help.

One of the best auto repair shops in Durham NC!! They are hard honest working people with great customer service. They labor rates are the best by far, comparing to other local shops. They didn't let me leave their shop until they were happy with their results, they are customer driven and I will highly recommend them!! Shop owners are very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

UPDATE: Three years later, my AC is still running well. Roger’s team replaced my compressor with an used one back then, saved me some $, and I haven’t had any issues since then (and y’all know this summer has been brutal). FIRST REVIEW: About to get my AC fixed with them, and so far I’ve been pleased with my experience. While waiting for my car, two regulars came in and out, and they also seemed happy with Roger’s service - which is always a good sign. If everything goes well, this will definitely become mine and my family’s go-to shop/garage.

I can only speak from my experience here at Roger’s Garage. I’ll just start with I took my car to MB dealer and was told $11,000 for a turbo replacement. After remembering that they worked on my Audi Q7 I gave them a call. I spoke with Micheal and the price he gave me had me dropping the car off sooner than later. Dropped it off on a Monday and picked it up the following week on Tuesday. A week later….. The car is running GREAT lol.. I have a sway bar link and tune up job for them next.. Let them know when you go see them. Tell them Torry sent yous

Straightforward, honest, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. That's how every shop should be, but too few are. They were able to take care of some repairs on my F-150 that I didn't have the time, or patience, to deal with. Their communication up front and during the repair was greatly appreciated, showing me exactly what was going on. I definitely look forward to having them work on my vehicles in the future.

They are bad business. Needed engine replaced charged 3900 and the check engine light still on took it back and forth for two weeks and problem still ain’t fixed, now other problems occurring. Money well wasted and I WILL NEVER GET SERVICE HERE AGAIN! The response to owner: Originally like you said it was brought to you thru one of your friends the one who had the car originally ( no you) after failed attempts from your guy he subcontracted it to you without our permission and then pressed us about getting the car fixed or y’all was going to keep it. You told us we needed a new engine we agreed and went from there. So if you scanned it like you say you did then why not give full details so you could get PAID CORRECTLY THAT FREE SERVICE YOU SAID YOU DID SHOWS YOU DID NOTHING AND IF IT WAS THE SENSORS LIKE YOU SAID IT WAS WE COULD RESOLVE IT NO PROBLEM!!
