I always try to support independent businesses, and these guys are no exception. I have had nothing but great experience and service from Roosters. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely courteous. I've been to a few independent garages in the past and there were a couple that I was less than pleased with their work. That's not the case with Rooster's. If you're looking for dependable work on your vehicle at fair prices, you can't go wrong with Rooster's. I highly recommend them.

Found favorable Google reviews for Rooster’s while researching auto mechanic shops in the area. I have lived in Treasure Valley for 19 years and have had limited success in making a long term relationship with an auto repair shop for a variety of reasons. My first dealing with Rooster’s was positive. On 07JAN2025, I stopped by Rooster’s to obtain a quote for an ENG Check light with associated P0301 misfire code on a 2016 Ford Escape Titanium 2.0L AWD which I’ve had since 2023. I met the service advisor, Jordan, who was very responsive and sent me a reasonable estimate via email a few hours after my visit. I called Jordan who scheduled an appointment for the following week. Dropped car off at Rooster’s on 16JAN. The next day the technician, Dustin, completed the diagnostics, troubleshooting and maintenance in short order and I was able to drive my car home that day. Ford Escape still running great as of 10FEB. Recommend Rooster’s.

Hands down, best auto care place in Idaho. My in-laws recommended them and I totally understand why. I've taken my vehicle here twice, one of which was a pretty hefty repair list that you would think would cost a fortune, but only set me back $2,200. They always detail out every repair suggestion with itemized costs BEFORE they do any work. I trust their expertise, their labor, and their costs for everything. They take the time to explain things to you and on top of that are very friendly. They kept my 2001 Buick going to almost 300k miles. I had my niece get her car repaired here too, and she had a good experience as well. They are honest about how long it will take but get your car back to you as soon as possible. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I was referred to Rooster's from Les Schwab for a service LS couldn't do. From the get go, the gentlemen I spoke to were all very nice, extremely helpful. I dropped my car off on Sunday night, left a message for what the issue was, and had it back and done before noon the next day. I was told in detail both over the phone, and in person what would/was done, with a complete breakdown of cost provided in each conversation. It's very nice to have a place that explains without talking down to you. I was looking for a new shop, since my old one closed, looks like I've found it.
