Took my car in to get two new front tires of the same brand the other day. It was dark out when I picked it up and employees hanging around my right front tire and leaning on the hood so I didn’t realize until I got home that I had two different brands and that I should have gotten a receipt with proof of alignment! Didn’t even get an invoice. Called the next day and got no apology when I confronted them but was able to come back and get two new tires of the same brand after a lot of hassle, re-alignment and get an invoice without extra charge. Not trustworthy experience.
