Nick does fine work - In my experience, he pays attention to customer’s comments, will quickly assess what’s needed, will provide transparent information on repair options & billing, and will then repair what has been agreed to without fuss, correctly first time, with no need for return appointments to “revisit” what’s been done. In addition, while other service providers often either damage, or do not re-assemble items per the “factory”, Nick does pay attention and you’ll never see subtle “issues” related to trim & re-assembly. I highly recommend.

Because of this shop and Nicks tenacity and knowledge my 1987 300ZX passed the smog that had not passed in the past. I've been coming here for a year. I refer all of my family, friends and strangers when they are in need of a mechanic. Pricing is fair and usually offer same-day completion. Communication is amazing! Nick always knowledgeable with every aspect of managing an old vehicle (over 30 years) that is used on daily basis. He also is pro-active on the maintenance of car. I'll repeat myself go here for quality work and an honest mechanic. Before I found Saddleback Cars Auto Repair as a woman I was taking advantage of some other local mechanics. Location is very comfortable, professional and safe. I plan on staying with Saddleback Cars Auto Repair for the life of my 300Z.

I can't recommend Nick and his techs at Saddleback Cars enough. My 2000 Ford E-150 van with 160k miles was stalling and posted a 'service engine' dash light, so Nick spent an entire day actually investigating the problem vs. just swapping out parts. He discovered a bad PCV valve, cleaned the mass airflow sensor, confirmed the injectors and ECM were functioning properly, then took it on a parts run to Santa Ana just to make sure all was well. WHO DOES THAT?!?! The repair cost was very reasonable, and now I know if anything else occurs, Nick and the boys will know what to do. Saddleback Cars will be my go-to for auto repair from now on!
