The only shop I will send people to. If Scott can't fix it (which is almost never... or there is just too much work), he'll know someone who can. From carburetors to newer car.... Scott's can fix it and with I think the lowest or one of the lowest price on in North County. He also has cars for sale from time to time... that he's gone through and made sure they are all mechanically sound... some might look a bit rough, but if it's been worked on by Scott's, I'd have no problem driving it anywhere without thinking twice.

Scott the owner of the shop, is a down to earth great guy who is there to help! These guys know their stuff and sometimes do not even charge you for their time and diagnosis. I originally went to the dealer to repair a noise of my exhaust and the dealer wanted $800 to fix it. I refused and took it to Scott's, and work with a gentlemen name Gene there. I drop the car off and an hour later received a call from Gene that the car was repaired. When I asked for the cost he said ti was quick repair and he'd feel bad if he took payment. I insisted and paid him what I thought was fair. It is this kind of honesty and customer service that is lacking in most businesses. That's why I love supporting small businesses. They have earned a customer for life.

Ive known Scott and everyone who works there for the last 25 years. I've had the opportunity to use them several times over the years from work on an SUV to work on a sports car and hands down you won't find better service or a better quality of work from anyone in southern California. They are all about repeat customers and it shows.

Not sure how I got such a poor experience compared to the other reviews. I read the good reviews and took my car in for a brake job and inspection of my motor and shocks. A month later I had to take off the front tires to clean my brakes and I discovered all of lug nuts were severely overtightened which caused major damage to the threads. I was out of town so I had to take it to another auto place nearby and pay over 600$ to get all new bolts installed on the front. Who knows what shape the rear bolts are in. I also asked to service the front shocks at the time but that seemed to never happen. No communication or confirmation of that service whatsoever. They also forgot to call me when the car was done, I waited 3 extra hours for no reason. Bad communication overall. Sloppy service Be wary

They were wonderful! Even thought they were booked solid for the day, they responded to my concern about whether it'd be save for me to drive my 2017 Outback on the freeway with the noise it was making. They took time out from what they were doing and test drove it to hear the sound and put it right up on the rack to have a look. It turned out to be a simple loose bolt, which they immediately repaired and sent me on my way without charging me anything. Great knowledgable kind help. I highly recommend this place!!

Needed to get a bung welded in for my AFR gauge. Done well at a great price. I really appreciate the little things you learned and took the time to do. Tyler took an old sensor and threaded into the bung while welding so it would not warp the bung or damage the new sensor. You don’t learn that overnight you learn it from experience. Much appreciated gents, see you next time.
