I continue to have wonderful experiences here. I came in for what I wanted to be a quick oil change but turned into a 4 hour fixing of rear brakes, engine filter, etc. The waiting room is a pleasant place though, and the service can't be beat. I would recommend y'all add some outlets for customers though!

Your front desk agents are customer-facing representatives, and yet nobody cared to greet when I came by. The vibe was off and not welcoming at all. The service sticker that's put in the windshield after every service was wrong - incorrect return date and misleading information. When I called, they admitted it was a mistake. Lastly, no military or service men discount. However, the last agent I talked to prior my last visit has given me discount. I am not sure if the discount is agent-specific. Your branch absolutely have rooms for improvement.

Expensive service... Loosened my clamps on power steering hose causing leak, probably by accident. Disappointed that they did this. However, offered to make it right...so they are still pretty good to do business with. Had repairs made to my Nissan . Detailed my vehicle...no charge.

I was first greeted upon entering the establishment which says a lot for me, great customer service. Just wish they can get a better selection of colors of trucks. Rick in new car sales has been my salesman for years, he always puts me first and treats me like family. Purchased multiple vehicles from him and just purchased another truck 2025 Nissan Frontier Pro4x, I love my truck, get lots of attention. Nashville Nissan is the place to go to purchase your vehicle, gives good pricing.

I was afraid of the costs of using a dealership to service my new, used Nissan Murano SL but, was treated very fair. My service Rep, Jarrod, provided me with a detailed estimate of what needed to be done now and what can wait a while! The whole Service Staff at Downtown Nissan of Nashville were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Even their chauffeur Charles "Jazz" was extra kind and patient.

I recently took my 2024 Nissan Altima in for maintenance at Downtown Nashville Nissan, assuming the service would be fully covered under my warranty. Unfortunately, no one properly explained that I would be responsible for over $300 in charges. I was under the impression the service was covered, and nothing was communicated to me beforehand. After the service was completed, I was surprised with a bill for more than $300 and told I couldn’t take my car until I paid. At no point was anything clearly explained , the service was just performed without my consent or a breakdown of what would or wouldn’t be covered under warranty. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and transparency. I give this experience zero stars and will not return to Downtown Nashville Nissan. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. Clear communication with customers should be a basic expectation, and it was completely lacking here.

5 stars because the service team always takes care of me and my vehicle but you need to retrain and have a coaching session with your driver the last time I went. Disrespectful and using his phone while driving. Had to drive on the van an hr because he was not responsible enough to see who was nearby first which led me to arrive at work super late.
