I went in to get pricing on service to my Cadillac and had to walk around the service area to get help. I was told there is only one service technician so wait times ate long. To getca key fob programmed I have to wait two weeks. To have them fix my sunroof a 110.00 fee to diagnose the problem. Jeez my su roof leaks! Why should I pay to diagnose the issue? I don't think this makes sense.

Now because my wife was that made the arrangements with there secretary she should of said something but she remained quiet Make sure you all bring all ur paper work you will need it & they never offer any drinks or snacks as we waited there i found out on my own while I watching others grabbing drinks & snacks & if VanDaver see this sorry to late but whatever

$200 for a service "inspection" without any information on what was inspected. I also pay for an oil change, and they didn't even put air in a tires

I have bought 3 vehicles from vandevere and my current vehicle is a 2012 dodge ram 1500 . It came with the power train warranty and a wheel bearing went out so Ethan timmerman in service department went above and beyond getting my truck taken care of. At no charge . Vandevere covered it. All the staff were friendly. Thanks Ethan and vandevere for taking care of your customers!! My next vehicle purchase will definitely be from vandevere!!
